簡介:山東建筑大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文生物脫氮除磷工藝中的化學(xué)輔助除磷試驗(yàn)研究姓名周峰申請(qǐng)學(xué)位級(jí)別碩士專業(yè)市政工程指導(dǎo)教師譚鳳訓(xùn)張志斌20100401山東建筑大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文隨著FES04投加量增加,出水總FE含量也呈上升趨勢,當(dāng)FE/TP≤16時(shí),出水總FE含量能滿足地表水環(huán)境質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)GB38382002中對(duì)于集中式飲用水地表水源地鐵的濃度的規(guī)定O3MG/L。綜合考慮硫酸亞鐵對(duì)磷及其它水質(zhì)指標(biāo)的去除效果,建議投加量控制在FE/TPI6。單純生物除磷工藝與化學(xué)輔助除磷工藝比較試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明投加藥劑除磷效果明顯,在藥劑投加量為FE廠RP16條件下,出水TP含量降到046MG/L,達(dá)到一級(jí)A排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn),而單純生物工藝出水TP含量為102MG/L;混合液中鐵鹽含量沿程逐漸降低,且單純生物工藝出水中的鐵含量低于化學(xué)輔助除磷工藝。在出水TP達(dá)到排放要求的條件下,化學(xué)輔助除磷工藝出水中總鐵含量為027MG/L,滿足地表水環(huán)境質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)GB38382002中對(duì)于集中式飲用水地表水源地鐵的濃度的規(guī)定。剩余污泥消化試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明對(duì)于2種剩余污泥,好氧消化的減量化效果優(yōu)于厭氧消化;無論好氧消化或厭氧消化,化學(xué)輔助除磷工藝的剩余污泥減量化效果均遜于生物脫氮除磷工藝的污泥;2種污泥在不同的消化方式過程中都出現(xiàn)磷的釋放現(xiàn)象,生物脫氮除磷工藝剩余污泥磷的釋放量較大,厭氧消化時(shí)可使上清液TP含量達(dá)到313MG/L;化學(xué)輔助除磷工藝的剩余污泥厭氧消化過程中,其上清液總FE含量可高達(dá)597MG/L。關(guān)鍵詞城市污水,生物脫氮除磷,化學(xué)同步除磷,硫酸亞鐵,污泥消化II

簡介:隨著工業(yè)的快速發(fā)展,其廢水排放量越來越多,并且大部分是高濃度氨氮廢水,如冶煉廢水、焦化廢水、化工廠和化肥廠的廢水等,因此,經(jīng)濟(jì)有效地控制這類廢水對(duì)環(huán)境的污染是目前環(huán)境工作者急待解決的問題。目前處理氨氮的技術(shù)方法很多,生物脫氮技術(shù)是當(dāng)前人們研究的熱點(diǎn),但其具有占地面積大、調(diào)試周期長、水質(zhì)條件要求高、處理氨氮的濃度低等缺點(diǎn)。本文從化學(xué)處理的角度出發(fā)去除廢水中的高濃度氨氮,其反應(yīng)機(jī)理是向氨氮廢水中投加鎂鹽和磷酸鹽,它們?cè)谝欢l件下與氨氮發(fā)生反應(yīng),生成難溶的復(fù)鹽磷酸銨鎂,這種復(fù)鹽含有氮、磷和鎂等植物所需的營養(yǎng)元素,是一種價(jià)值較高的緩釋復(fù)合肥。本文首先研究了化學(xué)沉淀法的脫氮工藝條件,對(duì)這些因素做單因素影響分析,確定PH值、MGN和PN對(duì)高氨氮濃度模擬廢水的影響,并得出處理這幾種高氨氮濃度模擬廢水的最佳工藝條件為PH值90~95、摩爾比MG2NH4PO43151009,此時(shí)氨氮的去除率在80%以上。化學(xué)沉淀出水采用SBR工藝去除水中的COD及殘留的氨氮、磷酸鹽。SBR工藝可以在運(yùn)行時(shí)間上靈活控制,易于實(shí)現(xiàn)自控,是近年來在國內(nèi)外引起廣泛重視和研究日趨增多的一種污水生物處理技術(shù)。根據(jù)我國氮磷處理的特點(diǎn),在實(shí)驗(yàn)室配制污水,進(jìn)行SBR法處理污水脫氮除磷效果的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究工作。通過實(shí)驗(yàn)確定的SBR法處理后續(xù)污水的脫氮除磷的運(yùn)行方式為進(jìn)水1小時(shí),好氧3小時(shí),沉淀1小時(shí),潷水05小時(shí),厭氧除磷05小時(shí),周期為6H。SBR法在去除有機(jī)物的同時(shí),具有良好的脫氮除磷功能。當(dāng)進(jìn)水COD、TP、NH3N濃度分別為300MGL、20MGL、100MGL時(shí),出水達(dá)到一級(jí)排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。采用以上實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù),對(duì)氮肥廢水進(jìn)行了工藝設(shè)計(jì)。設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)果顯示,廢水處理成本偏高。在降低成本方面,可行的是開發(fā)鳥糞石的利用價(jià)值或?qū)ふ伊畠r(jià)的藥劑。
