簡(jiǎn)介:西南大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文綜合性大學(xué)公共藝術(shù)教育的現(xiàn)狀、問題與對(duì)策研究姓名程征明申請(qǐng)學(xué)位級(jí)別碩士專業(yè)教育管理指導(dǎo)教師陳時(shí)見20080401西南大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文中文摘要公共藝術(shù)教育的現(xiàn)狀。重慶大學(xué)的公共藝術(shù)教育的發(fā)展歷史與現(xiàn)狀在我國(guó)綜合性大學(xué)中具有一定的代表性。分析發(fā)現(xiàn),類似于重慶大學(xué)的綜合性大學(xué)由于是從理工科院校轉(zhuǎn)化而來,藝術(shù)教育發(fā)展躑躅不前,存在諸多問題。這些問題主要包括如對(duì)實(shí)施公共藝術(shù)教育的重要性認(rèn)識(shí)不足;尚未形成科學(xué)合理的課程體系師資隊(duì)伍不均衡,梯隊(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)不合理等。本文著重在管理體制、課程設(shè)置、師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)等方面分析原因,并試圖尋找解決的途徑。在本文最后一章,筆者著重從辦學(xué)理念、管理體制、課程設(shè)置、師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)等方面入手,探索加強(qiáng)綜合性大學(xué)公共藝術(shù)教育、提高大學(xué)生綜合入文素質(zhì)的途徑。作者提出了在這一方面的對(duì)策和措施進(jìn)一步提高認(rèn)識(shí),高度重視公共藝術(shù)教育的實(shí)施;加強(qiáng)公共藝術(shù)教育的課程建設(shè),構(gòu)建科學(xué)合理的課程體系;建設(shè)結(jié)構(gòu)合理的師資隊(duì)伍健全公共藝術(shù)教育的管理體制。期望本文對(duì)我國(guó)綜合性大學(xué)公共藝術(shù)教育學(xué)科的建設(shè)有積極的參考價(jià)值。關(guān)鍵詞藝術(shù)教育公共藝術(shù)教育綜合性大學(xué)II

簡(jiǎn)介:我國(guó)體育教育人才培養(yǎng)模式的探索綜合性大學(xué)與體育院校培養(yǎng)模式的對(duì)比研究重慶大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文學(xué)生姓名王廣偉指導(dǎo)教師鐘璞教授專業(yè)體育教育訓(xùn)練學(xué)學(xué)科門類教育學(xué)重慶大學(xué)體育學(xué)院二OO八年四月重慶大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文中文摘要I摘要通過文獻(xiàn)資料法、比較研究法、訪談法對(duì)我國(guó)綜合性大學(xué)與體育院校的體育人才培養(yǎng)模式的對(duì)比研究,找出兩種培養(yǎng)模式的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了我國(guó)體育人才培養(yǎng)的新模式,以期為我國(guó)培養(yǎng)新型體育人才以適應(yīng)國(guó)際形式和時(shí)代要求提供理論依據(jù)。我國(guó)高等體育教育專業(yè)人才的培養(yǎng),從20世紀(jì)50年代起,就沿用蘇聯(lián)的模式,即在單科的體育學(xué)院和師范院校體育系以下簡(jiǎn)稱體育師范院校中培養(yǎng)體育教育專業(yè)人才。進(jìn)入20世紀(jì)90年代后,這種培養(yǎng)模式已不能滿足社會(huì)發(fā)展的需要,從而在綜合性大學(xué)中相繼開辦了體育院系,培養(yǎng)體育教育專業(yè)本科生和研究生。綜合性大學(xué)培養(yǎng)體育專業(yè)人才較師范院校和體育院校時(shí)間短,經(jīng)驗(yàn)不足,但這并不影響其利用綜合性大學(xué)的優(yōu)勢(shì),發(fā)揮獨(dú)特作用,構(gòu)建有特色的體育教育專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)模式。因此,如何發(fā)揮綜合性大學(xué)優(yōu)勢(shì),改變傳統(tǒng)的體育教育專業(yè)課程結(jié)構(gòu),加強(qiáng)體育教育專業(yè)人才素質(zhì)的教育,推進(jìn)教學(xué)和科研相結(jié)合,是綜合性大學(xué)體育教育工作者的當(dāng)務(wù)之急,也是本文選題探討的依據(jù)。我國(guó)現(xiàn)階段對(duì)體育人才的培養(yǎng)大部分集中在普通高校中,可以分為綜合性大學(xué)(包括師范類的綜合性大學(xué))和專業(yè)體育院校人才培養(yǎng)兩種模式。大部分體育專業(yè)的學(xué)生都是通過高考這個(gè)途徑,經(jīng)過體育成績(jī)和文化課成績(jī)的考核篩選后,然后進(jìn)入不同的高校學(xué)習(xí)。一部分人進(jìn)了專業(yè)的體育院校,一部分人進(jìn)入了綜合性大學(xué)的體育院系,然而經(jīng)過幾年的大學(xué)學(xué)習(xí),他們的綜合素質(zhì)(身體素質(zhì)、文化素質(zhì)、適應(yīng)社會(huì)的能力等等)有多大的提高。通過對(duì)兩種不同院校培養(yǎng)的體育人才模式的比較,以及通過對(duì)兩種院校的畢業(yè)生社會(huì)適應(yīng)能力進(jìn)行調(diào)查比較,從中發(fā)現(xiàn)兩種規(guī)格的人才各自有哪些長(zhǎng)處與不足,實(shí)用意義在于充分認(rèn)識(shí)綜合性大學(xué)開辦體育專業(yè)的優(yōu)勢(shì)與不足,發(fā)揮自身的潛力,同時(shí)借鑒專業(yè)體育學(xué)院的人才培養(yǎng)的優(yōu)點(diǎn),力爭(zhēng)在綜合性大學(xué)這塊沃土中,為我國(guó)培養(yǎng)素質(zhì)高、綜合能力強(qiáng)的復(fù)合型人才。從社會(huì)的發(fā)展對(duì)體育人才的需求來看,才需求規(guī)格多樣。近年來,隨著大學(xué)生的普遍擴(kuò)招,每年畢業(yè)的大學(xué)生也越來越多,勢(shì)必帶動(dòng)后果是就業(yè)的壓力越來越大。競(jìng)爭(zhēng)也越來越強(qiáng)。社會(huì)對(duì)人才的要求也越來越高。所以,作為體育專業(yè)的畢業(yè)生,其就業(yè)形勢(shì)就不一定僅僅的局限于學(xué)校或者必須與體育相關(guān)的行業(yè)里。教育部目前對(duì)近三年的體育專業(yè)畢業(yè)生就業(yè)情況的調(diào)查顯示就業(yè)于非體育類職業(yè)的畢業(yè)生2001年為336,2002年為398,2003年為462;2003年畢業(yè)生就職于非體育專業(yè)的崗位有國(guó)家公務(wù)員36,產(chǎn)品營(yíng)銷員237,企事業(yè)單位保安261商業(yè)和服務(wù)人員282,其它184。由此可見,體育專業(yè)的畢業(yè)生就業(yè)于非體育類的比例越來越高。綜合性大學(xué)培養(yǎng)的畢業(yè)生恰有這個(gè)方面的
