簡介:當(dāng)服務(wù)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展到20世紀(jì)末,隨著人們收入的不斷提高,人們的需求層次有了更高的要求。從社會(huì)總體上看,人們的需求進(jìn)入到個(gè)性化階段,消費(fèi)者用個(gè)性化的消費(fèi)來實(shí)現(xiàn)自我,并且愿意為個(gè)性化的體驗(yàn)付費(fèi)。關(guān)注消費(fèi)者自身感受的體驗(yàn)就成為了服務(wù)經(jīng)濟(jì)之后的主要經(jīng)濟(jì)提供品,旅游作為服務(wù)經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代的代表,具有上述的發(fā)展特征。同時(shí),隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展、人民物質(zhì)文化生活水平的提高和小康社會(huì)的日益臨近,旅游市場的需求也呈現(xiàn)出多元化的特點(diǎn),人們已不滿足于傳統(tǒng)觀光旅游的“走馬觀花”方式,而追求更高境界的旅游經(jīng)歷。2011年,杭州市旅游委員會(huì)建立了手機(jī)信息服務(wù)、旅游在線網(wǎng)站、呼叫中心、電子地圖、賓館數(shù)字電視旅游頻道、景區(qū)電子導(dǎo)游等面向游客的多渠道、多層次、多方位旅游綜合信息服務(wù)系統(tǒng)。然而傳統(tǒng)的分散、獨(dú)立的應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)很難滿足當(dāng)今游客的個(gè)性化旅游需求急需開發(fā)相關(guān)的WEBSERVICE接口服務(wù)系統(tǒng)整合各應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)和管理系統(tǒng)資源為游客、旅游管理部門、旅游企業(yè)提供方便快捷的應(yīng)用服務(wù)。本課題以杭州旅游在線平臺(tái)建設(shè)為背景,以建設(shè)基于WEBSERVICE的平臺(tái)接口服務(wù)層為各旅游信息服務(wù)系統(tǒng)提供統(tǒng)一的數(shù)據(jù)訪問為目標(biāo),主要研究WEBSERVICE技術(shù)架構(gòu)、WEBSERVICE接口標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)范、WEBSERVICE安全控制、WEBSERVICE性能優(yōu)化、數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計(jì)等,提出構(gòu)建基于WEBSERCICE技術(shù)的接口服務(wù)層前沿解決方案。通過本項(xiàng)目建設(shè),整合信息系統(tǒng)資源和搭建信息服務(wù)平臺(tái),為游客提供準(zhǔn)確、全面、實(shí)時(shí)的旅游綜合服務(wù)信息,為政府管理部門提供旅游信息的綜合管理,旅游實(shí)體的誠信服務(wù)評(píng)估,旅游預(yù)告和數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析等功能,為旅游企業(yè)提供旅游信息發(fā)布,政策公告,旅游信息預(yù)訂,誠信服務(wù)評(píng)估等服務(wù),提升旅游目的地信息服務(wù)品質(zhì)。
