29、0-15秒即可實(shí)現(xiàn)。注意！振蕩不能消除柱閥和旋轉(zhuǎn)管里面的空氣（見第8章）。在夾緊樁之前仔細(xì)檢查每個(gè)動(dòng)作。</p><p>　　4.4檢查鉆孔機(jī)的油的流量和油壓。</p><p>　　每工作750-1000個(gè)小時(shí)檢查一次油量和油壓.(詳見22頁(yè))</p><p>　　當(dāng)行使到地質(zhì)較軟的地方時(shí)，選用鉆孔機(jī)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的低轉(zhuǎn)速，但要保證壓樁機(jī)的振動(dòng)馬達(dá)時(shí)刻在平穩(wěn)地運(yùn)行。（不要引

40、 allows you to work in places( tunnels, under bridges, under power-lines, and generally wherever the space above the pile is limited) where other competitors can’t. By using Movax you can drive even 12 meter long piles

41、with normal excavator.</p><p>　　Read this instruction manual conscientiously with thought, to understand what is allowed and safe when using Movax. In this manual you will also find useful hints from other

42、users.</p><p>　　Because of the constant research and development performed on Movax, it has been changing during the years and will continue to change in the future.</p><p>　　When ordering spare

43、 parts for Movax always make sure to inform the serial number, type and all the possible changes that have been done on your Movax. This insures you will receive the correct spare parts. Some parts on the automatics ha

44、ve their own serial-numbers and version-numbers. You should also note them when ordering parts for it.</p><p>　　To safely get the maximum benefit from your Movax, please pay attention to all safety precauti

63、oil is thick when cold (very high return pressure)</p><p>　　Never vibrate when the oil temperature is “freezing”, because it will damage the hydraulic motors and shaft-seals.</p><p>　　Heat up th

64、e hydraulic oil following the excavator's manufacturer instructions. When the oil temperature is about 20C, start vibrating with low RPM's (without pile). Vibrate for 3 – 5 minutes to warm up the oil in Movax a
