1、<p> 礦車輪對拆卸機設計 </p><p> 礦車是煤礦運輸中的主要運輸機械,而礦車輪又是礦車的易損部件。目前很多礦廠對礦車輪的維修還靠人工來進行,不僅工作效率低,勞動強度大,而且廢品率高。隨著在我國礦業(yè)現代化的發(fā)展,這種原始的拆卸方法已不能滿足實際生產的需要,各礦廠經常因損壞的礦車不能及時被修好而影響生產。因此,設計礦車輪對拆卸機具有重要的意義。設計中著重進行了螺母拆卸機構的設計、移動夾持機構
2、的設計、液壓系統的設計,同時對卸輪鉤、傳動齒輪、液壓系統等進行了必要的校核,進而實現了拆卸輪對的功能。</p><p> 二、課題研究的目的、意義</p><p> 在機械工業(yè)中,應用機械手的意義可以概括如下:</p><p> 礦車輪對拆卸機是礦車檢修成套設備之一,是一種針對礦車輪對維修的機械設備。就現階段,礦車輪對的維修主要靠工人來進行,不僅工效低,而且勞
3、動強度大,維修效果差。設計一臺專用拆卸機,不僅可以提高工作效率,降低企業(yè)的成本,而且可以大大地減輕工人的勞動強度。</p><p> 目前,對礦車輪對拆卸機的研究幾乎是空白的,在網上也很難見到有關這方面研究的消息,只有中國礦業(yè)大學對其有所研究。礦車輪是煤礦運輸機械中的易損部件,礦車輪對在使用一段時間之后必須進行拆卸維修,以提高它的使用壽命。隨著煤礦產業(yè)的不斷壯大,傳統的手工拆卸已不能滿足生產的要求,對礦車輪對拆
4、卸機的設計改進是勢在必行的。</p><p> 隨著科學技術的不斷發(fā)展,礦車輪對拆卸機的發(fā)展也會越來越快,必然會朝著高性能、高精度、高速度、高柔性化和模塊化方向發(fā)展。但最主要的發(fā)展趨勢就是采用“PC+運動控制器”的開放式數控系統,它不僅具有信息處理能力強、開放程度高、運動軌跡控制精確、通用性好等特點,而且還從很大程度上提高了現有加工制造的精度、柔性和應付市場需求的能力</p><p>
