40、<p>  直線(xiàn)控制;點(diǎn)位直線(xiàn)控制的特點(diǎn)是機(jī)床的運(yùn)動(dòng)部件不僅要實(shí)現(xiàn)一個(gè)坐標(biāo)位置到另一個(gè)位置的精確移動(dòng)和定位,而且能實(shí)現(xiàn)平行于坐標(biāo)軸的直線(xiàn)進(jìn)給運(yùn)動(dòng)或控制兩個(gè)坐標(biāo)軸實(shí)現(xiàn)斜線(xiàn)進(jìn)給運(yùn)動(dòng)。</p><p>  輪廓控制;輪廓控制數(shù)控機(jī)床的特點(diǎn)是機(jī)床的運(yùn)動(dòng)部件能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)兩個(gè)坐標(biāo)軸同時(shí)進(jìn)行聯(lián)動(dòng)控制。它不僅要求控制機(jī)床運(yùn)動(dòng)部件的起點(diǎn)與終點(diǎn)坐標(biāo)位置,而且要求控制整個(gè)加工過(guò)程每一點(diǎn)的速度和位移量,即要求控制運(yùn)動(dòng)軌跡,將零件加

41、工成在平面內(nèi)的直線(xiàn)、曲線(xiàn)或在空間的曲面。</p><p> ?。?)按控制方式分類(lèi)</p><p>  開(kāi)環(huán)控制;即不帶位置反饋裝置的控制方式。</p><p>  半閉環(huán)控制;指在開(kāi)環(huán)控制伺服電動(dòng)機(jī)軸上裝有角位移檢測(cè)裝置,通過(guò)檢測(cè)伺服電動(dòng)機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)角間接地檢測(cè)出運(yùn)動(dòng)部件的位移反饋給數(shù)控裝置的比較器,與輸入的指令進(jìn)行比較,用差值控制運(yùn)動(dòng)部件。</p>&l
