53、——3倍，我是深有感觸呀！因此，我國更有必要去研究智能電網(wǎng)，一旦智能電網(wǎng)研制成功，這些問題不就都可以得到解決嗎？智能電網(wǎng)的研制也不是那么容易的事，即使有堆積成山的錢，有成千上萬的人，沒有先進的科學技術(shù)，也是竹籃打水一場空。世界先進國家一致贊同，智能電網(wǎng)的研制必須具備如下技術(shù)：1.先進的相量測量（PMU）和廣域測量技術(shù)（WAMS）；2.先進的三維、動態(tài)、可視化調(diào)度技術(shù)；3.可再生能源發(fā)電、電源接入和并網(wǎng)技術(shù)4.高級計量無線、自動計量讀數(shù)，
