4、994. In 1996, the modification of Criminal Procedure Law and Lawyer’s law has afforded perfect law foundation to the gradual development of Criminal Legal Aid. The development of Criminal Legal Aid has gone through more

5、than 10 years, but because of the late establishment, there are many weaknesses both in legislation and law practice, the development of Criminal Legal Aid is still far from the best point. This paper will analyze the p
