1、當(dāng)前,我國的一些機(jī)械制造企業(yè)由于本身的設(shè)備或技術(shù)上有所不足,越來越多地選擇充分利用社會存量資源,將部分零部件或半成品交給其他單位進(jìn)行外協(xié)加工。目前在我國大多數(shù)的外協(xié)加工模式中,主機(jī)廠對其外協(xié)零部件的物流信息管控仍不夠完善,缺乏信息化手段對外協(xié)過程中零部件的收發(fā)貨及實(shí)時(shí)物流定位信息等進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)管理,導(dǎo)致主機(jī)廠與外協(xié)廠之間并沒有形成一個(gè)及時(shí)、有效的反饋機(jī)制,進(jìn)而影響了主機(jī)廠的生產(chǎn)優(yōu)化調(diào)度與資源優(yōu)化配置。
本文針對外協(xié)加工過程物流信息
2、實(shí)時(shí)管控的困難和需求,在已有研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上對外協(xié)加工物流信息實(shí)時(shí)管控做了進(jìn)一步的研究和探索。首先通過分析國內(nèi)外目前對外協(xié)加工過程信息化提升的研究現(xiàn)狀,結(jié)合外協(xié)加工過程物流信息實(shí)時(shí)管控的特點(diǎn)和需求,提出一種基于移動終端的網(wǎng)絡(luò)化外協(xié)加工物流信息實(shí)時(shí)管控方法及其支持系統(tǒng),并對系統(tǒng)的總體思路、體系結(jié)構(gòu)以及功能結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了研究。其次,在以上體系結(jié)構(gòu)和功能結(jié)構(gòu)研究的基礎(chǔ)上,對系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)的部分關(guān)鍵技術(shù)進(jìn)行了研究,包括基于Android的智能移動終端的實(shí)
