2、ing up, the national economy realized a sustained, rapid growth. Especially foreign trade got rapid progress, leading to frequent trade frictions. At the same time, because of fact that our co

3、untry is at the bottom of the industrial chain, lack of independent intellectual property rights of innovative products, so we are in the absolute inferiority on the value distribution. Also,

4、economic development depends on the mode of energy- intensive, high discharge and high pollution, threatening sustainable development of the economy. Caused by the fact that the industrial structu

5、re is unreasonable, the upgrading of industrial structure is the only way out. And through the outward direct investment to promote industrial structure upgrading, there is a successful preceden

6、t whether in developed and developing countries. In this paper, I will make an analysis for the relevance between outward direct investment and the upgrading of the industrial structure of our

7、 country from two aspects of theory and empirical analysis. This paper first reviews the related theory of the outward direct investment and the upgrading of the industrial structure, then sum

8、marizes the development history, present situation and the existing problems the outward direct investment and the upgrading of the industrial structure. On this basis, I will analyze their rela

9、tionship, and put forward favorable outward direct investment advice for the upgrading of the industrial structure under the background of the financial crisis. On the analysis of the correlatio

10、n between outward direct investment and the upgrading of the industrial structure, this paper uses statistical measurement of regression method. Firstly, I will explain why choose these data, th

11、en make the analysis in theory by mode, finally combine with the fact to make a conclusion. This paper's analysis is for the related decision makers to provide ideas and suggestions to so

12、lve the problem in the development of outward direct investment. At the same time, we should use outward direct investment to prompt the upgrading of industrial structure. Seize the opportunit

13、y the financial crisis brought to us, change our country in the world industrial chain place, and make economy healthy and sustainable development through the upgrading of industrial structure.
