3、sionsecurity.KerberoscommonlyusedauthenticationprotocoliniSCSIisvulnerabletopasswdguessingattack.IproposedaimprovedKerberosbasedonDiffieHellmankeyexchangealgithmrealizeditwiththehelpofopensourcesoftwareinLinux.Thisimprov
4、edKerberosuseastrongkeyinsteadoftheweakkeygeneratedbyuser’spasswd.ThenfromthetheeticalanalysisIprovedthatthisimprovedKerberosisusefultopreventpasswdguessingattackwithoutbringingothersecurityissues.Theexperimentalresultss
5、howthattheimprovedKerberoshasahighefficiency.IPSecthemostcommonlyusedprotocoltomakedatatransmissionsecurityiniSCSIhasaverylowefficiencyespeciallyusingEncapsulatingSecurityPayload(ESP).IndertoimproveefficiencyIproposedthe
6、datatransmissionmethodcombinedapplicationlayerencryptionwithIPlayerauthentication.ThenfromthetheeticalanalysisIprovedthatthisdatatransmissionmethodhasahigherefficiencybutmakerealizationcomplex.Irealizeasimpleclientserver
7、testprogramtestresultsshowthatthisdatatransmissionmethodcomparedwithIPSeccanimproveefficiencyatleast10%.Soitisusefulinapplicationswhichalwaystransmitlargedata.IdesignedaiSCSIsecuritystagesystemwithimprovedKerberosthedata
8、transmissionmethodrealizeditinLinuxwithsoftware.ThenItesttheIOperfmanceofthissecuritystagesystem.Theexperimentalresultsshowthatthissecuritystagesystem’sIOperfmanceis10%higherthantheiSCSIsystemusingIPSec.Keywds:iSCSIKeyEx
