2、nt projects is studied by intergrating qualitative simulation and system dynamics. First, after clarifing the background, source and purpose of the research, the research on organizational performance for Construction Ag

3、ent System at home and abroad are surveyed. The studies on its performance evaluation, the organizational culture and its impact on the formation of organizational performance are summarized in detail. The integrated sim

4、ulation in the management field is also introduced. Secondly, the analysis of the traditional management and its drawbacks are given. The paper also introduces the characteristics and advantages of Construction Agent S

5、ystem and its development in our country. Third, the relevant theory and research methods of organizational performance are studied. A variety of simulation on management systems and analysis of integrated simulation ar

6、e introduced. Then, based on organizational performance model, the organizational performance is studied from three aspects: organizational management, organizational culture and its influence on organizational performan

7、ce. Organizational management of the impact on organizational performance is simulated by system dynamics, the evolution of the organizational culture is simulated by qualitative simulation, and its impact on organizatio

8、nal performance is also embedded in the system dynamics model. Two types of simulation are embedded to study the organizational performance for Construction Agent System in the integration model. Also, based on organiza

9、tional performance model, an example is given, in which the simulation is run and its results are analyzed by comparing with the traditional management . Finally, the paper is concluded. Some problems are pointed out and
