6、teraturediscussesthedesignofthevideocompressionsystembasedonDSPincludingthebottomchipperipheralsdriverprogrammingtransplantationofT264sourcecodetheDSPrealizationoptimizing.ThenthebitstreamofH.264isanalyzedtherobustnessvi

7、awirelesstransmissionisalsodiscussed.Basedonthediscussionthisdesignusedtwokindsoferrresiliencemethodfixedparametersredundantslicefthesystem.Theemphasisofthepaperistheresearchrealizationoftheratecontrolalgithm.Afterresear
