18、工技術發(fā)展動向</b></p><p>  在機械零件加工作業(yè)中,孔加工所占比例相當大,與高速銑削相類似的高速、高精度鉆削加工已提上議事日程,高效率孔加工對于促使零部件生產(chǎn)合理化是不可或缺的重要工藝過程。近年來,零部件生產(chǎn)大都采用以CNC機床為中心的生產(chǎn)形態(tài),進行孔加工時,也大都采用加工中心、CNC電加工機床等先進設備。無論哪個領域的孔加工,實現(xiàn)高精度和高速化都是取得用戶訂單的重要競爭手段。</

19、p><p>  高速孔加工所用加工中心(MC)的條件</p><p>  實現(xiàn)孔加工高速化的先決條件是必須采用高速加工中心,而機床的高速化必須滿足下列條件。</p><p>  1. 配備高速回轉主軸 </p><p>  鉆頭和立銑刀一樣帶有中心齒,由于中心齒附近有一種圓周速度,因此,切削速度向高速化發(fā)展時,主軸的轉速也必須實現(xiàn)高速化。特別是在

20、使用小直徑鉆頭時,主軸的高速化更是不可缺少的。今后,隨著孔加工高速化的進展,預計轉速達30000~100000r/min的主軸需求將不斷增多。同時,由于達到規(guī)定的高速回轉所需時間很短以及要求Z向(鉆頭切削方向)主軸伸出長度應控制在最小程度之內,因此,高速主軸的配置是實現(xiàn)高速高精度孔加工不可缺少的條件。 2. 可動部分具有動作敏捷的功能 主軸和工作臺等可動部分應盡可能減輕重量,以實現(xiàn)動作快捷化,這也是進行高速孔加工必須

21、具備的條件。1個孔的加工時間只需數(shù)秒鐘,因此,必須縮短孔與孔之間的工具移動時間,這是實現(xiàn)高效率切削的關鍵問題,解決此問題的途徑首先即為可動部件的動作必須靈活快捷。例如,即便達到了高精度的定位精度,但如機床可動部分的動作不夠靈敏快捷,也就不可能滿足當前用戶提出的實現(xiàn)高速孔加工的要求。通常是用加速度特性(G值)來判斷機床可動部分的快捷性能,當G=0.8~1.5時,可判斷該機床為具有高度快捷性能的加工中心。</p><p&

22、gt;  3. 工作臺與機床整體面積的比例應較小 </p><p>  作為加工中心的用戶,他們希望工作臺及工作臺以外的部分所占空間應盡可能一些。尤其是孔加工這類加工成本較高而附加價值又較低的加工領域,最好使用那種結構緊湊的加工中心。如日本理化研究所試制的高速CNC銑床,其加工范圍為300mm2,機床本體所占面積950mm2,機床所占面積約為可加工最大工件尺寸的三倍,整個結構相當緊湊。該銑床主軸轉速為45000r

23、/min,可進行高速切削。主軸為XY方向移動式結構(工作臺僅限Z軸移動),其加速度特性值G=1.5,表明該機床具有快捷動作功能。 4. 主軸可直接供給冷卻液 在鉆削過程中,加工L/D(鉆頭直徑與孔深之比)在5以上的孔必須特別注意排屑問題,最好選用帶供油孔的鉆頭,以便進行穩(wěn)定的加工。采用由主軸中心供給冷卻液的方式,對于更換卡具的鎖緊螺栓則更為方便。 5. 具有孔加工用CNC工具插補功能 CNC切削的
