8、beguntoslowdownThefocusofattractingtheforeigninvestmentgraduallyshiftedfromquantitytoqualityup，andfocusonhowtoenhancetheattractivenessofhighvalueaddedFDIhowtoattractmultinationalcompaniestosetupregionalheadquartersinorde

9、rtoattractFDlwithhigherqualityAsanadvancedstageofFDIthedevelopmentpathandlocationchoicesofheadquartereconomyareinevitablyimpactedbyFDIInordertofindtherelationshipbetweenheadquarterslocationandtheFDI，preyiousstudieshavebe
