6、140億立方米以內(nèi)。以2015年能源資源消費為基數(shù),2020年達成如下目標(biāo): "Double control system" is being implemented. The total energy consumption should be no more than 225 million tons of standard coal, and the total water consumption shou

7、ld be no more than 14 billion cubic meters during the 13th Five Year Plan period.By 2020, the energy consumption intensity objectives listed below should be realized, which are set based on the energy consumption data o
