1、I摘要本論文重點(diǎn)的分析和設(shè)計(jì)了矩形罩盒的塑料制品的模具設(shè)計(jì)基本過(guò)程。首先對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)模具發(fā)展?fàn)顩r進(jìn)行概述,提出未來(lái)模具行業(yè)的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,使用UG建模和CAD進(jìn)行工程圖的繪制,是此次設(shè)計(jì)的重點(diǎn)之一。通過(guò)使用UG進(jìn)行建模,了解整套模具最核心部分的大體結(jié)構(gòu);然后對(duì)塑件的工藝性進(jìn)行分析,在滿足經(jīng)濟(jì)性的條件下,確定各項(xiàng)參數(shù),包括材料、成型設(shè)備、一模幾腔等。此后便是選定分型面的基本位置,型芯結(jié)構(gòu)的基本尺寸、型腔結(jié)構(gòu)的基本尺寸、導(dǎo)向裝置的選取以及推出裝置的設(shè)
