20、uchaspectsasbwidthpowerconsumptionantijammingisdifficulttomeetthedemofdevelopment.Moeslawhasbeenbrokensoonerlater.Atthispointbasedontheopticalsignalinterconnectionwayduetothedevelopmentofresearchinrecentyearstherehasbeen
21、amakeupevenreplaceelectricalinterconnectionofhope.PieceofglazinginterconnectioninsuchaspectsasbwidthpowerconsumptionantiinterferencewithelectricalinterconnectionbeyondthereachofahugeadvantagewithcombinedwithCMOStechnolog
22、yeffectivelynowhasbecomethekeytobreakthroughthebottleneckofchoice.AnNNopticalswitchbasedoncadedmicringresonatsonchipwasproposed.Asanexamplethe44opticalswitchwasfurtherinvestigated.Wehavesuccessfullydemonstrateditsrelativ
23、elylowionlossof2.2dBnegligiblecrosstalk.Theextinctionratio(ER)isaslargeas130dB.Thermaltuningisemployedtomakethemicringsbeinresonancenotwhichleadstoaresponsetimeofseveralhundredμs.Alternativelydopingthedesiredwaveguidereg
24、ionswithptypentypedopantsisabletoachieveabetterresponsetimeofseveralns.Theproposeddesigniseasilyintegratedtoalargescalewithlessmicringresonatswhichensureacompactsizelowpowerconsumption.Inthispaperweproposedamethodtoconst
