8、artyC’stutwhoisresponsiblefcontactingPartyCwhenwkingatthestationassistsPartyAinprofessionalguidingdinaryadministrationofPartyC.(2)Majcontentsexpectedgoalsofthepostdoctalscientificprojectswithintwoyeartermofwkagreeduponbe

9、tweenPartyBPartyCthroughconsultationsshallbeimplementedpursuanttotheUniversityAgreementonPostdoctalFellow’sWkingPlan.(3)PartyBwillaccdingtoactualsituationofthestationatwhichPartyCwksprovidePartyCwithcrespondingwkingcondi

10、tionsfscientificresearchguideinspectPartyC’swk.contentsinthemodificationsoftheContract.(4)TheContractwillbeautomaticallyterminatedwhenPartyCcompletesingoingthroughthefmalitiesofleavingthestationuponexpiryofhisherwkingper

11、iod.(5)DuringtheperiodwhenPartyCwksatthestationPartyAmayunilaterallydissolvetheContractinoneofthefollowingcircumstances:1.PartyCfailsintheannualreview.2.WithoutobtainingtheagreementbyPartyAPartyBPartyCarbitrarilygoesabro

12、addelaysinreturningtoChina.3.PartyCretreatsfromarbitrarilyleavesthestation.VI.DisputeSettlement爭議解決方式WherethereisanydisputearisingamongPartyAPartyBPartyCfthereasonofimplementingtheContractthedisputeshallbesettledthroughc

13、onsultationsamongthethreeparties.Anypartymayalsowithin60daysafterthedaywhenthedisputearisesapplytothearbitrationcommissionhavingcompetentadministrationfarbitrationanypartywhoobjectstothearbitrationawardmaywithin15daysaft

14、erthearbitrationawardisreceivedinstitutealawsuittotheBasiclevelPeople’sCourtwherePartyAresideswheretheContractisimplemented.Whereapartyfailstoinstitutealawsuittoimplementthearbitrationawardwithinprescribedtimetheotherpar

15、tymayapplytothePeople’sCourtfimplementation.VII.SupplementaryRules其他約定(1)PartyCshallbeacquaintedwithstrictlycomplywithrelevantregulationssystemsintheUniversityconcerningtheadministrationofpostdoctalfellows.Inthecaseofany

16、breachPartyCshallbesubjecttorelevantprovisions.(2)TheContractismadeinfivecopieseachofwhichistobeheldrespectivelybyPartyAPartyBPartyC.OnecopyistobefiledintheAdministrationOfficeofPostdoctalFellowsoftheDivisionofHumanResou

17、rcesonecopyistobefiledinPartyC’spersonalrecds.(3)TheContractiseffectiveasofthedaywhenPartyAPartyBPartyCsignonitPartyAPartyBPartyCshallcarefullyimplementit.(3)ThecurrencyreferredtohereinisChineseYuan(RMB)thesalarywelfarer
