2、ngspaceheatingwaterheatingspacecoolingspaceheating.Comparativelythesystemcanprovidemuchbetterenergyperfmancehigherequipmentutilizationthroughoutayearcauselessthermalpollutionthanheatpumpwaterheatercommonairconditioner.Ap
3、rototypewithfivemodeswasassembledtestedattheambienttemperaturefrom7℃to43℃especiallywhenfrosting.Whenitwksinthewaterheatingmodeitcansupply55℃hotwaterwithintwominutesthecondensingpressureisjustsamewithcommonairconditioner.
4、Whensomemodesswitchthetemperatureoftheoutlethotwaterisconstant.TheeticalanalysisexperimentalstudyweredonetotheACWHinthisthesis:1.TheprototypewastestedintheairconditionerlabatyofGREE.Thetestingdataindicatethattheprototype
5、accdswellwiththenationalstardsofairconditionerheatpumpwaterheater.2.BasedontheexperimentalresultsanalysiswasdoneontheACWHinmainoperatingmodessomeimptantconclusionsweregiven,Theresultsindicatethatthenewsystemcansaveenergy
6、throughmultidutiesitcanwkstablyinfivewkmodeswithhighefficiency.Comparedwithothermodelsthenewsystemalsoincludesairconditioningunitwaterheaterunitbutwithfewercomponentshigherreliability.Basedoncommonairconditionerthissyste
7、mcanofferapracticablesolutioncouplingairconditionerwaterheater.Itmustbechangingthemarketsofbothairconditionerwaterheater.1.INTRODUCTIONTheheatpumpwaterheater(HPWH)hasbeenusedsince1950smainlyfhouseholdapplications.Itabsbs
8、heatenergyfromtheambientairtoacquirehotwater.Inthelast20yearsthestudyintendstodesignheatpumpwaterheaterwithhighreliabilitypracticabilitymanymanufacturersturntoofferthisproductionbasedonenvironmentalprotectionenergysaving
9、.InSouthAfricaHPWHhasperated16percentofthemarketsharefcommercialwaterheaters.Becauseofthehighlyprimarycostitisdifficulttobecomethealternativetothecommonwaterheater.HoweverifwecanofferanairconditionercoupledwithHPWHsystem
10、whichcanactasairconditionerwaterheaterwiththemaincomponentssuchasheatexchangerscompressfourwayvalvetheotherisheatingwaterwithwaterrecycleintheadiabaticwatertank.Thecontrollercanadjusttheoperatingmodeaccdingtothewaterleve
11、lsenssinthetank.Awatervalveisplacedatthehotwateroutletwhichcanbeadjustedtocontrolthewaterflowkeepthecondensingpressureconstant.Whenthetapwatergoesintothewaterrefrigerantheatexchanger(WRHE)itwillbeheatedto5055directlywith
12、intwominutes.Ifneeded℃theoutletwatertemperaturecanbesetbyadjustingthewatervalve.AsshowninFigure1whenthepowerisonthecompresssuckslowpressurerefrigerantgasthendisgeshighpressuregasintowaterrefrigerantheatexchanger(WRHE)whe
13、rerefrigerantiscondensedwaterisheateddirectly.Afterheatexchangestheliquidrefrigerantflowsacrossfourwayvalvethenitisthrottledtolowtemperaturelowpressureliquidgasbyanelectronicexpansionvalve.Refrigerantflowsintooutdoaircoo
14、ledcondenserwhereitisevapatedbecomeslowpressuregas.Whenthelowpressuregasreturnstothecompressthecirclebeginsagain.Inthismodevalve1isclosedvalve2isopen.Whenheatingwatertheoutdoaircooledunitactsasevapattheindofandoesn’trun.
