4、omfabriccoatedwithvulcanizedrubber(seeTestMethodsD751)(3)finishedarticlesofcommerce(seePracticeD3183).Thistestmethodisnotapplicabletothetestingofcellularrubberspouscompositionscompressedsheetpackingexceptasdescribedin12.
5、2.2.1.2PeriodicallyitisnecessarytoproduceanewlotofanIRMoiltoreplacethedwindlingsupplyofthecurrentproduct.TheChairmanofthesubcommitteeshallhavetheauthitytoapprovetheproductionofareplacementlot.Onceproducedthetechnicaldata
6、ofthenewlotshallbepresentedinacomparativefashiontothatoftheexistinglotballoteduponbythemembershipoftheD11.15subcommitteeeithersubsequentlyconcurrentlyballoteduponbythemembershipoftheD11maincommitteefapprovaltoreleasethen
7、ewlotfdistribution.1.3IntheeventthatanIRMoilbecomesunavailablefdistributionduetodepletiontheChairmanofthesubcommitteeshallhavetheauthitytoapproveproductionofanewlotafterameetingofthetaskgroupregularlyschedulednottoreleas
