23、一、明確微型消防站隊長、工作人員及職責(zé)。二、消防站人員應(yīng)定期開展消防業(yè)務(wù)培訓(xùn),制定滅火應(yīng)急疏散預(yù)案,并聯(lián)合各項目管理部門定期開展消防演練。三、按時上、下班,不遲到、不早退。嚴(yán)格請銷假制度,請假一天以上,需經(jīng)隊長簽字批準(zhǔn)。未經(jīng)批準(zhǔn),工作人員不得隨意離開消防站。四、按照工作計劃,開展消防安全檢查,對于發(fā)現(xiàn)的火災(zāi)的隱患和違法行為予以整改和制止。五、消防站隊長應(yīng)制定站內(nèi)學(xué)習(xí)、訓(xùn)練計劃,按照計劃組織學(xué)習(xí)、開展訓(xùn)練,并達(dá)到一定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。六、定期對站內(nèi)消
