7、quirements analysis, system designing, database designing, coding implementation and the whole process in its first phase. It also illustrates ASP.NET 2.0 techniques, and the application of hierarchical architecture tech

8、niques in the Police Training Management System. This article primarily does the following study: 1. Research and develop the police training management system based on ASP.NET2.0. This system is customized for specific

9、requirements. Because of the limited time, our research group divded two phases to implement the software for ensuring the progress of software development and making the extension of the software easily. The realization

10、 of the first phase reflects the real requirements expressed. Although the business logic model and the actual model have a certain distance, it is easy to change the realization according to the changes of requirements.
