2、 once again were neglected. Women's education, employment, health and other social conditions were improved. What about women's employment situations? Are there any gender situations at that social? It needs a fu
3、rther study. In this article, I use Gender Theory to explore the issue. This article contains three parts, including finding problems, analyzing issues and solving problems. Women's employment problems were revealed
4、in Pahlavi era. It is very useful for women to improve their working environment in China. First, this paper discusses women's employment about gender in Pahlavi period. Pahlavi's White Revolution improved women&
5、#39;s employment rate. But when women went to work, they have to deal with so many difficulties. The educated women are fewer than men. The educated people in rural areas were fewer than women in the cities. Women lived
6、at a disadvantage in the competition. Their wages are low. Women worked at labor-intensive. The status of women was low in society. Occupational sex segregation happened at Men and women’s work places. Women have so many
7、 individual weaknesses. Women were secondary position in the family. Employment rate of women can not be guaranteed. These were all gender dilemma. Second, the article analyzes why the employment problems happened in the
8、 Pahlavi period. The reason one is the concepts of the Islamic religion, the other is Pahlavi rule. At last, I explore how to improve women's employment rate. People need change the traditional concepts of gender. Th
9、e government promulgates laws to punish people who discriminate against women. The government encourages women to go to work. Women must change the conception and should work hard. Thus they can contribute country in the
