2、tional film involving Party A’s portraiture after friendly negotiation according to relevant laws and regulations: 1、甲方因企業(yè)發(fā)展需要，請乙方參與企業(yè)宣傳片的相應場景攝制，拍攝符合本合同約定的平面及影視畫面。 1. Party A, for the sake of development, retains Party

3、B to participate in filming relevant scenes of Party A’s propaganda film, taking some pictures and movie in accord with this agreement. 2、乙方自愿將自身肖像權許可甲方用作符合本合同約定和法律規(guī)定的用途。 2. Party B agrees to give a license to Party A t

4、o use its portraiture for the purpose according to agreements herein and regulations of laws. 3、甲方有權在商用網(wǎng)站、國內(nèi)外展會、會議裝修畫、海報、企業(yè)及產(chǎn)品宣傳冊等各類廣宣物料、各媒體廣告等媒介使用乙方的影視及平面影像。 3. Party A is entitled to use Party B’s film, video and pict

5、ures taken by Party B in commercial websites, domestic and foreign exhibition, decoration picture for conference room, poster, and brochures for the company and products, advertisements and other media. 4、本協(xié)議有效期為五年，以雙方簽

6、章時間為準。 4. This agreement is valid for five years as of the execution by both parties. 5、甲方需保護乙方的隱私權，未經(jīng)乙方同意不得隨意透露乙方的有關資料； 5. Party A shall protect Party B’s privacy and cannot disclose relevant materials of Party B witho

7、ut Party B’s consent. 6、甲方不得將帶有乙方肖像的作品改成毀謗、猥褻、淫穢或任何不道德的圖片或其他形式。 6. Party A shall not modify any products of Party B’s portraiture into disparaging, wretched, obscene or immoral pictures or in other form. 7、本協(xié)議—式二份，甲乙雙方各執(zhí)
