8、 cost , strict requirement was presented for bearing materials and lubrication, the developing status and the existed problems of the present water lubricated rubber bearings was analyzed completely in the paper. Some nu

9、merical calculations and theoretical analysis were made for solving those problems. The lubricating mechanism and characteristics of the rubber bearings were introduced in the paper. On the basis of many native and forei

10、gn literatures in water lubricated rubber bearings, the designing standards and some key technical questions were discussed in the paper. Some theory analysis and formulae for design were presented. Analyzed the working

11、behavior ,the structure characteristic , the moulding process of the water lubricated bearing, and the mould structure and the fixture of finishing cut have been also designed. This die-casting mould consists of the axis

12、-separated cavity and the mosaic core and so on, which make the mould structure simple and reasonable. The fixture adopts the structure of arbor with swelling housing, which makes the cutting convenient. It solves the di

14、業(yè)上的系統(tǒng)理論,擴(kuò)大該軸承及材料在其他行業(yè)的應(yīng)用范圍,具有普遍而重要的意義。應(yīng)用方面,它將改變目前我國乃至世界漫長海岸線上數(shù)量繁多的船用機(jī)械長期采用鐵梨木和夾布膠木作為滑動軸承材料的歷史,改變某些在惡劣環(huán)境中工作的機(jī)械的結(jié)構(gòu),如泵、風(fēng)機(jī)、水輪機(jī)、鉆機(jī)等,使設(shè)備結(jié)構(gòu)在設(shè)計、制造、安裝和維修上趨于簡單化,并能提高使用壽命和生產(chǎn)效率,節(jié)約貴重有色金屬材料,其經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和社會效益將是十分可觀的。相信在不久的將來,水潤滑橡膠軸承的研究與應(yīng)用會得到長
