13、0.6Sr0.4FeO3 samplewere systematically measured in the low temperature. It was found that the ultrasonic velocity shows a dramaticalsoftening around 213K, accompanied with an attenuation peak, while no obvious change in
14、resistivity is observed .The relative change of sound velocity is larger than 5%. It was attributed to the local charge ordering state driven bythe electron-phonon interaction, and this interaction originates from Jahn-T
