簡介:該文以火力發(fā)電廠產(chǎn)生的粉煤灰和鋼鐵廠產(chǎn)生的高爐礦渣這兩種工業(yè)固體廢物為主要研究對象通過大量混凝土配合比實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)合現(xiàn)有實(shí)驗(yàn)條件和材料情況找出了粉煤灰與礦渣微粉對混凝土的拌和物性能、強(qiáng)度和凝結(jié)時間的影響規(guī)律并找出二者在混凝土中復(fù)合摻加時的最佳總摻量、二者最佳摻加比例以及不同比例、不同摻量對混凝土拌和物性能和強(qiáng)度的影響規(guī)律利用掃描電鏡研究了摻和料對混凝土微觀結(jié)構(gòu)的影響并分析了其反應(yīng)過程機(jī)理以期達(dá)到指導(dǎo)實(shí)際生產(chǎn)、提高混凝土質(zhì)量、降低生產(chǎn)成本的目的該論文內(nèi)容主要包括以下方面1、研究了粉煤灰對混凝土拌合物性能、抗壓強(qiáng)度和凝結(jié)時間的影響結(jié)果表明摻量在20﹪之內(nèi)有助于改善混凝土的拌和物性能不影響混凝土中后期強(qiáng)度摻量大于30﹪對混凝土強(qiáng)度和拌合物性能無益隨著粉煤灰摻量的增加漿體凝結(jié)時間的延長幅度增大2、研究了礦渣微粉對混凝土伴合物性能、抗壓強(qiáng)度和凝結(jié)時間的影響結(jié)果表明摻量30﹪之內(nèi)有助于改善混凝土的拌和物性能混凝土中后期強(qiáng)度得到少量提高摻量大于30﹪會降低混凝土強(qiáng)度隨著礦渣微粉摻量的增加漿體凝結(jié)時間的延長幅度增大但對漿體凝結(jié)時間的延長幅度小于粉煤灰3、研究了粉煤灰與礦渣微粉復(fù)合摻加對混凝土拌合物性能和抗壓強(qiáng)度的影響結(jié)果表明在不影響混凝土拌合物性能和中后期強(qiáng)度的情況下粉煤灰與礦渣微粉復(fù)合摻加總量最大可達(dá)50﹪粉煤灰在摻和料中的比例不宜大于70﹪4、研究了礦渣微粉與粉煤灰復(fù)摻后對免振混凝土拌和物性能和抗壓強(qiáng)度的影響結(jié)果表明在水膠比為032、摻和料總摻量為35﹪、粉煤灰與礦渣微粉摻量比為32情況下免振混凝土拌合物性能、力學(xué)性能優(yōu)良5、利用掃描電鏡圖研究了摻和料對漿體凝固后微觀結(jié)構(gòu)的影響分析了其反應(yīng)過程機(jī)理以及對混凝土力學(xué)性能與耐久性能的影響6、按目前各種材料市場價格計算若采用復(fù)合摻加技術(shù)每立方米混凝土大約比目前成本節(jié)約10元左右經(jīng)濟(jì)效益顯著同時具有較高的環(huán)保效益和社會效益

簡介:廣西大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文鈦白廢酸的處理與綜合利用姓名李海申請學(xué)位級別碩士專業(yè)環(huán)境工程指導(dǎo)教師童張法陳志傳20060519流萃取、反萃,可得純度高達(dá)9988%,總產(chǎn)率達(dá)994%的FECL3產(chǎn)品,萃余液經(jīng)一次性蒸發(fā)濃縮,得到濃度80%以上的硫酸,再與濃度為98%原料硫酸按體積比L/L混合,即可達(dá)到鈦礦酸解工段的使用要求,達(dá)到了對廢酸回收利用。因反萃所得三氯化鐵溶液純度高達(dá)998%,可用來生產(chǎn)高純氧化鐵黃,鐵紅顏料,因而,本文研究了以三氯化鐵為原料生產(chǎn)氧化鐵黃,并得到了最佳生產(chǎn)條件鐵黃晶種的加入量應(yīng)大于409/L,控韋LJPH值在3545之間,三氯化鐵滴加濃度應(yīng)小于LMOL/L,滴加速度VL/MIN應(yīng)小于VISE其中,礦一反應(yīng)器的有效容積,L,C一三氯化鐵溶液的含鐵量,G/L,氨水滴加濃度尊為3MOL/L,滴加速度以控制反應(yīng)液PH在3545之間來定,攪拌速度150200R/MIN,反應(yīng)溫度30℃。在此條件下制得的氧化鐵黃經(jīng)720~780“C的高溫煅燒L小時,得到色相純正、純度高達(dá)9967%的氧化鐵紅,達(dá)到了電子工業(yè)部軟磁鐵氧體用氧化鐵行業(yè)一級標(biāo)準(zhǔn)992%,可作為生產(chǎn)磁性材料的原料或作為高檔鐵紅顏料。關(guān)鍵詞鈦白廢酸鈧?cè)然F萃取氧化鐵紅氧化鐵黃II

簡介:東北大學(xué)博士學(xué)位論文沈陽市污水資源化與綜合利用的技術(shù)研究姓名單連斌申請學(xué)位級別博士專業(yè)礦產(chǎn)普查與勘探指導(dǎo)教師王恩德20040601東北大學(xué)博士學(xué)位論文摘要水層。如果直接回灌地下,可能會污染地下含水層,危害人類健康。因此,必須進(jìn)行深度處理。本文利用具有脫氮除磷功效的SBR系統(tǒng)出水,采用化學(xué)混凝、過濾、活性炭吸附、消毒等深度處理方法對城市污水進(jìn)行資源化處理。本研究經(jīng)污水二級處理和深度處理及消毒處理研究,并與多種城市污水處理工藝進(jìn)行技術(shù)和經(jīng)濟(jì)比較,系統(tǒng)地給出了城市污水地下回灌深度處理的工藝流程,確定了主要技術(shù)參數(shù),為實(shí)際應(yīng)用提供了參考依據(jù)。采用該工藝處理后的城市污水,出水水質(zhì)良好,其主要水質(zhì)指標(biāo)達(dá)到了地下回灌的水質(zhì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。并且處理藥劑費(fèi)用較低。試驗(yàn)證明,該工藝是一種經(jīng)濟(jì)且有效的城市污水資源化的途徑。關(guān)鍵詞城市污水資源化中水回用地下回灌深度處理SBR處理化學(xué)混凝一III

簡介:分類號泫尚六。善碩士學(xué)位論文題目酒精廢水處理及綜合利用研究英文并列題目THEDISPOSAIANDCOMPREHENSIVEUTIIIZATIOⅡ密級÷壁墅壁型璺罌研究生一王蛙專業(yè)疊撞王捏研究方向廛丞生塑處理王程導(dǎo)師睦堅塾攫指導(dǎo)小組成員李秀芬堵國成學(xué)位授予日期答辯委員會主席周青教授江南大學(xué)地址無錫市江南大學(xué)預(yù)I學(xué)位論義統(tǒng)出水COD可進(jìn)一步降低到1500M∥L以下,大量有機(jī)物去除,有助于在此基礎(chǔ)上采用好氧處理后,并節(jié)約了大量的動力消耗,是生產(chǎn)性UASB反應(yīng)器成功運(yùn)行的范例。7.CAAS系統(tǒng)設(shè)計采用均負(fù)荷推流式反應(yīng)器,充分利用好氧活性污泥與生物膜的協(xié)同作用,避免了活性污泥膨脹,同時增加污泥回流,保證運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定性,因此具有更高的去除率。8.首先用臥螺式分離機(jī)去除85%左右的懸浮物并回收作粗飼料;其次,借助原水高溫特點(diǎn),I級采用高溫UASB厭氧反應(yīng)器進(jìn)行消化;11級采用中溫UASB厭氧反應(yīng)器充分消化使廢水的COD降解了92%~94%;最后為好氧處理工段,整個工藝對COD和SS地去除率分別高達(dá)99.4%和99.6%,不僅處理率高,而且能耗很低,還可以回收粗飼料和沼氣能源。COD總消減量為6330T,系統(tǒng)出水達(dá)到污水混合排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn),GB8978.1996中的二級標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求。9.此處理工藝能夠處理高強(qiáng)度的有機(jī)污染物質(zhì),并不會產(chǎn)生二次污染問題。該處理技術(shù)能夠有效減少污泥產(chǎn)量,又能夠改善工藝運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定性。經(jīng)濟(jì)效益分析表明,廢水日運(yùn)行費(fèi)用為2734元,采用沼氣發(fā)電利用沼氣能源,F(xiàn)|發(fā)電量達(dá)7840KW.H,日凈收益2587.2元,分離的酒精渣出售用于飼料,同收益4500元,年經(jīng)濟(jì)收益達(dá)198.44萬元,凈收益達(dá)11121.89萬元,具有較好經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。將以UASB反應(yīng)器為主體的厭氧生物處理與接觸氧化法為主體的好氧生物處理工藝結(jié)合,充分發(fā)揮各自的優(yōu)勢,處理酒精生產(chǎn)高濃度有機(jī)廢水,達(dá)到國家排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn),具有良好的環(huán)境效益及社會經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。綜上所述,UASB.CAAS技術(shù)處理酒精廢液是可行的適合我國現(xiàn)有的國情,工藝處理酒精廢液是可行的,充分利用UASB高效高負(fù)荷的處理優(yōu)勢,使廢水得到有效的治理,結(jié)果表明廢水經(jīng)顆?;疷ASB反應(yīng)器穩(wěn)定后,出水COD降至1500M∥L以下,然后再經(jīng)CAAS處理后,出水COD可降到150M∥L以下出水清澈,該處理系統(tǒng)具有耐沖擊負(fù)荷,處理效果穩(wěn)定,運(yùn)行簡單,運(yùn)行費(fèi)用低等特點(diǎn)。關(guān)鍵詞酒精廢水過濾UASB反應(yīng)器厭氧生化好氧生化
