簡(jiǎn)介:上海交通大學(xué)博士學(xué)位論文近代生理學(xué)在中國(guó)1851~1926姓名袁媛申請(qǐng)學(xué)位級(jí)別博士專(zhuān)業(yè)物理學(xué)(物理學(xué)史)指導(dǎo)教師江曉原20061201海交姐大學(xué)博一K學(xué)位論文來(lái)自日本和歐美兩方面的影響。日本的影響偏重于形式方面,而歐美的影響則更多的體現(xiàn)在內(nèi)容方面。另外,本文分析了當(dāng)時(shí)的一些思想進(jìn)步的知識(shí)分子對(duì)于人體結(jié)構(gòu)和功能的看法。發(fā)現(xiàn),早期的這些著作,使得我國(guó)的醫(yī)學(xué)學(xué)生和研究者以及部分知識(shí)分子統(tǒng)稱(chēng)“精英”首次了解到了西方的近代生理學(xué)。西方生理學(xué)首先在這些精英們中間立住了腳。第二,報(bào)刊方面,本文對(duì)當(dāng)時(shí)的一些著名的醫(yī)學(xué)以及綜合性報(bào)刊上發(fā)表的生理學(xué)文章進(jìn)行了統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。發(fā)現(xiàn)當(dāng)時(shí)的醫(yī)學(xué)報(bào)刊,都是以交流臨床經(jīng)驗(yàn)為主,生理學(xué)雖然都有所涉及,但所占的比例很小。所發(fā)表的文章大都是少數(shù)傳教士醫(yī)生們所做的關(guān)于中國(guó)人生理常數(shù)測(cè)定的文章。但是,在當(dāng)時(shí)的各種綜合性的報(bào)刊,都刊登有介紹西方生理學(xué)知識(shí)的文~章。這說(shuō)明,盡管在專(zhuān)業(yè)領(lǐng)域早期的報(bào)刊還不是傳播和交流生理學(xué)的主要平臺(tái),但是,在大眾領(lǐng)域,報(bào)刊是早期我國(guó)普通大眾接觸生理學(xué)知識(shí)的主要媒介。通過(guò)這些報(bào)刊的進(jìn)一步傳播,西方的近代生理學(xué)逐漸進(jìn)入了普通大眾的思想,有了一定的社會(huì)基礎(chǔ)。第三,在生理學(xué)的學(xué)校教育方面,本文梳理了早期在我國(guó)本土所進(jìn)行的生理學(xué)的學(xué)校教育以及海外的留學(xué)生的概況,并分析探討了它們各自的特點(diǎn)和影響。本文首先分析了在創(chuàng)辦醫(yī)學(xué)校之前,來(lái)華的傳教士醫(yī)生們所進(jìn)行的培訓(xùn)助手的工作情況,并對(duì)于當(dāng)時(shí)的培訓(xùn)人數(shù)進(jìn)行了統(tǒng)計(jì)。然后,本文分析討論了包括協(xié)和醫(yī)科大學(xué)在內(nèi)的六所早期較有影響的教會(huì)醫(yī)學(xué)校的創(chuàng)辦以及開(kāi)展情況。發(fā)現(xiàn)這些學(xué)校中有關(guān)生理學(xué)的課程設(shè)置都基本一致,而用英語(yǔ)教學(xué)的學(xué)校不多,但是質(zhì)量卻普遍較好。此外,

簡(jiǎn)介:浙江師范大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文蘚類(lèi)植物適應(yīng)環(huán)境的形態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu)及生理學(xué)機(jī)制姓名楊武申請(qǐng)學(xué)位級(jí)別碩士專(zhuān)業(yè)植物學(xué)指導(dǎo)教師郭水良20080602蘚類(lèi)植物適應(yīng)環(huán)境的形態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu)及生理學(xué)機(jī)制為.5“50BARPEG溶液,脅迫處理3天。實(shí)驗(yàn)處理后,多朔灰蘚葉綠素含量和丙二醛MDA含量沒(méi)有明顯變化,可溶性糖含量在脅迫程度大于.25BAR時(shí)與對(duì)照相比具有明顯增加,在脅迫強(qiáng)度大于.15BAR時(shí),與對(duì)照相比,多蒴灰蘚的脯氨酸含量明顯增加,其超氧化物歧化酶SOD、過(guò)氧化物酶POD、過(guò)氧化氫酶CAT活性明顯增強(qiáng)。多蒴灰蘚通過(guò)增加體內(nèi)滲透調(diào)節(jié)物質(zhì)含量、提高抗氧化酶活性免受干旱脅迫的傷害。4.5℃低溫處理下,多朔灰蘚可溶糖、脯氨酸、丙二醛含量以及POD、CAT活性都逐漸升高,SOD活性下降;40“C高溫處理下,可溶性糖含量先升高后降低,脯氨酸含量逐漸升高,SOD、POD、CAT活性在高溫下先升高后降低,丙二醛含量逐漸升高且增加幅度大于5。C;20℃培養(yǎng)下的多蒴灰蘚具有相對(duì)較高的酶活性研究表明多朔灰蘚能通過(guò)增加滲透調(diào)節(jié)物質(zhì)含量和提高保護(hù)酶活性抵御溫度脅迫;與高溫相比,多蒴灰蘚更適合生長(zhǎng)于低溫環(huán)境。5.用噴施法研究模擬酸雨對(duì)多朔灰蘚影響。結(jié)果表明,隨著處理液的PH降低,多蒴灰蘚的葉綠素、可溶性糖含量隨PH值而降低,脯氨酸、丙二醛含量和質(zhì)膜透性升高,SOD、CAT活性先升高然后緩慢下降,再到迅速下降,POD活性先緩慢上升然后快速上升。用差異顯著性檢驗(yàn)分析表明,模擬酸雨對(duì)多蒴灰蘚的影響閾值為PH4.0。6.室內(nèi)模擬環(huán)境UVB輻射6.93KJM.2DJ和增強(qiáng)的UV.B輻射9.01KJM2.D~,高30%,研究了紫外線(xiàn)輻射對(duì)多朔灰蘚的影響。結(jié)果表明三周內(nèi)增強(qiáng)的UV.B輻射導(dǎo)致多蒴灰蘚配子體葉綠素和類(lèi)胡蘿B素含量漸少,而MDA含量增加,SOD、POD和CAT的活性下降。說(shuō)明UVB輻射的增強(qiáng)對(duì)多蒴灰蘚產(chǎn)生氧化脅迫。7.用噴施法,研究了不同濃度、不同PH的硝酸溶液和銨鹽溶液對(duì)多朔灰蘚和東亞小金發(fā)蘚POGONATUMINFLEXUMLINDB.LAC.硝酸還原酶活性的LL

簡(jiǎn)介:南京師范大學(xué)博士學(xué)位論文棘胸蛙體大小、熱生理學(xué)變異及系統(tǒng)地理學(xué)研究姓名鄭榮泉申請(qǐng)學(xué)位級(jí)別博士專(zhuān)業(yè)動(dòng)物學(xué)指導(dǎo)教師楊光2009XV巨大分化,從而形成了多個(gè)隱種。網(wǎng)絡(luò)中介圖和分子變異分析也支持上述結(jié)果。系統(tǒng)發(fā)生樹(shù)同時(shí)也提示棘胸蛙在隱種的形成過(guò)程中從西南向東北方向擴(kuò)散。根據(jù)遺傳距離,推測(cè)棘胸蛙不同隱種的分化時(shí)間大約發(fā)生在第三紀(jì)的中新世。錯(cuò)配分布顯示表明,棘胸蛙種群經(jīng)歷一個(gè)復(fù)雜的種群歷史動(dòng)態(tài)。為了驗(yàn)證MTDNACYTB的分析結(jié)果,本文用磁珠富集法篩選了15對(duì)多態(tài)性較高的微衛(wèi)星引物。用這些位點(diǎn)對(duì)來(lái)自2個(gè)種群38個(gè)棘胸蛙個(gè)體進(jìn)行初步的分型。結(jié)果表明這些微衛(wèi)星位點(diǎn)具有較高的多態(tài)性,可以用于后續(xù)的棘胸蛙種群遺傳結(jié)構(gòu)的研究。本文運(yùn)用其中多態(tài)性較高的12對(duì)微衛(wèi)星引物,對(duì)13個(gè)種群210個(gè)體進(jìn)行了遺傳結(jié)構(gòu)分析,結(jié)果表明棘胸蛙具有較高的遺傳多樣性,12對(duì)微衛(wèi)星引物共檢出206個(gè)等位基因,13個(gè)種群的平均期望雜合度和多態(tài)信息含量分別為078和0725。聚類(lèi)分析和系統(tǒng)發(fā)生樹(shù)表明,棘胸蛙分化為4個(gè)遺傳單元,分別對(duì)應(yīng)于中國(guó)西部、中國(guó)中部、中國(guó)東部和越南北部種群,分子變異分析揭示這些遺傳單元出現(xiàn)較高的遺傳分化和較低基因流,并在12個(gè)微衛(wèi)星座位中發(fā)現(xiàn)1個(gè)遺傳分化單元的鑒別座位。瓶頸效應(yīng)分析表明,6個(gè)棘胸蛙種群在近期經(jīng)歷了遺傳瓶頸。總的來(lái)說(shuō),微衛(wèi)星數(shù)據(jù)和MTDNA數(shù)據(jù)的分析結(jié)果基本一致,4個(gè)遺傳分化單元嚴(yán)格符合進(jìn)化顯著單元條件,至于這些進(jìn)化顯著單元是否可認(rèn)定為獨(dú)立的物種,尚需更多樣本和其它數(shù)據(jù)支持。關(guān)鍵詞關(guān)鍵詞棘胸蛙;形態(tài);熱生理;變異;線(xiàn)粒體DNA;微衛(wèi)星;遺傳結(jié)構(gòu);系統(tǒng)地理學(xué)
