簡(jiǎn)介:北京工業(yè)大學(xué)博士學(xué)位論文化學(xué)工業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的度量方法及其應(yīng)用研究姓名袁寶榮申請(qǐng)學(xué)位級(jí)別博士專業(yè)材料學(xué)指導(dǎo)教師聶祚仁20060501北京工業(yè)大學(xué)工學(xué)博士學(xué)位論文境排放,涉及到的二次能源包括洗煤、焦炭、煤氣、汽油、柴油、燃料油等。計(jì)算得到了2002年中國(guó)原煤、原油和天然氣開采的生命周期總負(fù)荷和單位產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)的生命周期清單,涉及到的污染物排放包括液態(tài)污染物、固體廢棄物和C02、S02、NQ、CH4、CO、煙塵等氣態(tài)排放物。本生命周期清單是“從源頭到大門”的完整清單,不僅可以應(yīng)用于化工產(chǎn)業(yè),而且是材料與產(chǎn)品生命周期清單或生命周期評(píng)價(jià)分析都必霸的基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)。采用本文所提出的生命周期評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系對(duì)我國(guó)某乙烯生產(chǎn)工業(yè)進(jìn)行了生命周期清單分析和影響評(píng)價(jià),對(duì)該評(píng)價(jià)體系在化工生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)或產(chǎn)品的生命周期評(píng)價(jià)中的推廣應(yīng)用進(jìn)行了研究探討。研究結(jié)果表明,我國(guó)單位量乙烯生產(chǎn)相關(guān)原煤、原油和天然氣的生命周期消耗量分別為106.96KG/T、1849.00KG/T和438.14M3/T,相關(guān)C02、S02、NO。、CO、CH4、乙烯和煙塵的生命周期排放量分別為1929.03、7.36、8.4L、11.67、7.08、5.30和12.08K臥,乙烯生產(chǎn)的生命周期影響評(píng)價(jià)單一指標(biāo)結(jié)果為1.10X10“10年。在其生命周期影響中,不可再生資源消耗占據(jù)主要位置,在總負(fù)荷中所占的份額超過50%,而污染物的直接排放在環(huán)境排放類影響類型中占據(jù)主要位置。評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果還顯示,對(duì)各污染物的直接排放進(jìn)行單項(xiàng)影響評(píng)價(jià),生產(chǎn)過程中的乙烯、C02和NOX排放是主要問題。與國(guó)外典型乙烯生產(chǎn)工藝過程相比,我國(guó)先進(jìn)工藝A的單位乙烯生產(chǎn)相關(guān)生命周期環(huán)境負(fù)荷明顯高于國(guó)外先進(jìn)水平,高出50%以上。本評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果能為乙烯工業(yè)的清潔生產(chǎn)和可持續(xù)化提供技術(shù)支持,為相關(guān)管理與決策部門提供參考和依據(jù)。論文最后總結(jié)了化學(xué)工業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展度量方法在我國(guó)廣泛實(shí)施的主要障礙,對(duì)物質(zhì)流分析方法、生態(tài)足跡分析法和LCA方法的自身理論與應(yīng)用研究、我國(guó)相應(yīng)基礎(chǔ)性評(píng)價(jià)參數(shù)的確定、我國(guó)基礎(chǔ)性生命周期清單的編制以及其在化學(xué)工業(yè)的具體應(yīng)用等方面研究提出建議和展望。關(guān)鍵詞化學(xué)工業(yè);可持續(xù)發(fā)展;物質(zhì)流分析;生態(tài)足跡生命周期評(píng)價(jià)LCA

簡(jiǎn)介:同濟(jì)大學(xué)經(jīng)濟(jì)與管理學(xué)院碩士學(xué)位論文化學(xué)工業(yè)園區(qū)循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系的探索和實(shí)踐姓名朱志遠(yuǎn)申請(qǐng)學(xué)位級(jí)別碩士專業(yè)管理科學(xué)與工程指導(dǎo)教師尤建新20081201摘要地從數(shù)量、強(qiáng)度、變化程度等方面描述了狀態(tài)層指標(biāo)的水平。該指標(biāo)體系首先應(yīng)綜合反映生態(tài)環(huán)境、經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)影響,以循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)的“3R’原則作為最重要的操作原則,其次還應(yīng)遵循指導(dǎo)性、科學(xué)性、系統(tǒng)性、動(dòng)態(tài)性、可操作性和簡(jiǎn)明性等原則。在確定了指標(biāo)框架設(shè)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)上,從資源、經(jīng)濟(jì)、牛態(tài)環(huán)境和社會(huì)發(fā)展四個(gè)控制層面構(gòu)建寧波化學(xué)工業(yè)園區(qū)循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展指標(biāo)體系,運(yùn)用主成分分析法對(duì)寧波化學(xué)工業(yè)園區(qū)歷年的循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行豐成分分析,并進(jìn)行綜合主成分的排序。通過SPSS軟件上機(jī)分析,得到寧波化學(xué)工業(yè)園區(qū)循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)的主成分個(gè)數(shù)和貢獻(xiàn)率;其次對(duì)不同度量的各指標(biāo)Z標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化,計(jì)算各年度循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的綜合豐成分值并進(jìn)行排序研究。排序結(jié)果表明,寧波化學(xué)工業(yè)園區(qū)循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平逐年提高,其中能源和物質(zhì)使用效率、污染物排放控制水平對(duì)循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的評(píng)價(jià)影響最大,同時(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)發(fā)展水平、企業(yè)開展循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)意識(shí)和程度、社會(huì)綜合評(píng)價(jià)比較敏感,在化學(xué)工業(yè)園區(qū)內(nèi)部循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)的投入和產(chǎn)出是有效率的。本次研究構(gòu)建的循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系反映了寧波化學(xué)工業(yè)園區(qū)循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展特征及存在的一些問題,可供決策部門參考。本文的研究雖然取得了初步的成果,但在指標(biāo)體系的構(gòu)建以及適用性等方面還存在很多不足,尚有許多有待進(jìn)一步深入的研究工作。要建立其他區(qū)域的循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,還要根據(jù)區(qū)域特點(diǎn),相應(yīng)補(bǔ)充完善指標(biāo)體系。同時(shí),研究中發(fā)現(xiàn)指標(biāo)體系存在一定的局限性,若干評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)得不到統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)的支持,因此下一步要對(duì)綜合豐成分計(jì)算的結(jié)果進(jìn)行深入分析,對(duì)核心指數(shù)的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行不確定性分析,逐步實(shí)現(xiàn)指標(biāo)體系的完整。關(guān)鍵詞化學(xué)工業(yè)園區(qū);循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì);評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系Ⅱ

簡(jiǎn)介:化學(xué)工業(yè)園區(qū)是一種新型的工業(yè)組織形式,能有效實(shí)現(xiàn)園區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益、社會(huì)效益和環(huán)境效益的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展,因此成為世界范圍內(nèi)工業(yè)園區(qū)發(fā)展的主要方向。隨著我國(guó)化學(xué)工業(yè)園區(qū)建設(shè)熱潮的興起,化學(xué)工業(yè)園區(qū)的土地使用安全規(guī)劃成為化學(xué)工業(yè)園區(qū)研究的熱點(diǎn)課題之一。本文通過回顧國(guó)內(nèi)外土地使用安全規(guī)劃立法和技術(shù)發(fā)展的研究歷程,從重大工業(yè)事故預(yù)防與控制的角度出發(fā),以重大危險(xiǎn)源分類及辨識(shí)研究為基礎(chǔ),分析已經(jīng)發(fā)生過的典型重大化工事故,確定事故中涉及的主要危險(xiǎn)物質(zhì)與危險(xiǎn)物質(zhì)類別,探討了全國(guó)危險(xiǎn)化學(xué)品從業(yè)單位與周邊社區(qū)安全防護(hù)距離不符合法定規(guī)定等情況,研究化學(xué)工業(yè)園區(qū)土地使用安全規(guī)劃方法的理論基礎(chǔ),提出土地使用安全規(guī)劃的評(píng)價(jià)方法和編制程序。文中論述了基于“安全距離”安全規(guī)劃的方法和基于定量風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)安全規(guī)劃的方法,分析了關(guān)于“外部距離”、“防火間距”和“衛(wèi)生防護(hù)距離”確定的理論基礎(chǔ)、影響因素和它們之間內(nèi)在的聯(lián)系;以氯氣儲(chǔ)罐泄漏事故為例,進(jìn)行了儲(chǔ)罐周邊地區(qū)基于定量風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)安全規(guī)劃方法的計(jì)算過程,提出了化學(xué)工業(yè)園區(qū)土地使用安全規(guī)劃編制的程序。土地使用安全規(guī)劃是化學(xué)工業(yè)園區(qū)安全生產(chǎn)工作中一項(xiàng)長(zhǎng)期性和基礎(chǔ)性的工作。土地使用安全規(guī)劃的實(shí)施就是按照化學(xué)工業(yè)園區(qū)現(xiàn)狀規(guī)劃、近期規(guī)劃和遠(yuǎn)期規(guī)劃所確定的安全目標(biāo)和措施組織落實(shí),在土地使用安全規(guī)劃的研究和編制過程中,要對(duì)規(guī)劃區(qū)域的安全進(jìn)行全面、系統(tǒng)、綜合的分析與評(píng)價(jià),為制定化學(xué)工業(yè)園區(qū)的規(guī)劃、事故應(yīng)急預(yù)案以及重大危險(xiǎn)源分級(jí)管理提供依據(jù)。
