簡介:隨著我國航空工業(yè)的迅猛發(fā)展,復(fù)合材料的應(yīng)用日益增加,航空大型復(fù)材構(gòu)件作為大型飛機的主要承載部件,其生產(chǎn)以及裝配質(zhì)量直接決定飛機的服役性能。為實現(xiàn)復(fù)材構(gòu)件低損傷、高精度、高可靠性的生產(chǎn)以及連接裝配,需要對大型復(fù)材構(gòu)件的尺寸進行高精度測量,因此研究針對航空構(gòu)件生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場的快速高精度測量方法具有重要意義。雙目立體視覺是一種非接觸式高精度、高效率、高柔性的便捷測量方法,課題組提出了基于激光掃描與跟蹤儀拼接的大型構(gòu)件視覺測量方法,以實現(xiàn)對航空大型復(fù)材零部件的參數(shù)測量。在雙目立體視覺測量系統(tǒng)中,相機標(biāo)定作為首要環(huán)節(jié),其全局標(biāo)定精度直接影響到最終的測量精度。本文從大型航空構(gòu)件測量現(xiàn)場視場大、畸變嚴(yán)重、環(huán)境復(fù)雜的難點入手,對大視場相機標(biāo)定技術(shù)開展了研究工作,主要研究內(nèi)容包括1對國內(nèi)外現(xiàn)有相機標(biāo)定方法進行整理分析,針對相機大視場現(xiàn)場標(biāo)定問題,提出了基于分區(qū)域參數(shù)分離求解的大視場雙目相機標(biāo)定方法,該方法利用參數(shù)分離標(biāo)定的思想,對測量空間進行分區(qū)在靠近主點畸變較小的區(qū)域通過空間布點求解相機參數(shù)初值,在視場四角畸變較大位置設(shè)置共線約束求解畸變系數(shù)初值,以重投影誤差最小為目標(biāo)進行參數(shù)整體優(yōu)化,通過單張照片快速實現(xiàn)大視場相機的全場標(biāo)定。2在標(biāo)定方法的基礎(chǔ)上,分析了標(biāo)定控制點結(jié)構(gòu)分布對標(biāo)定測量精度的影響因素,利用激光跟蹤儀以及視覺測量系統(tǒng)搭建了標(biāo)定控制場,采用實驗歸納的方式定性分析了標(biāo)定控制點景深分布、數(shù)量以及像面分布對標(biāo)定測量精度的影響規(guī)律,從而指導(dǎo)標(biāo)定布局,提升標(biāo)定精度。3設(shè)計了一套適用于航空現(xiàn)場測量的便攜式空間立體標(biāo)定裝置,以碳化硅標(biāo)準(zhǔn)陶瓷球作為標(biāo)定的特征元素,并且根據(jù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)球的圖像灰度分布結(jié)合等差梯度結(jié)構(gòu)提出了自動快速匹配特征識別方法,便于配合標(biāo)定方法實現(xiàn)全場的快速標(biāo)定。4在上述研究基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合標(biāo)定裝置分別在實驗室和航空構(gòu)件測量現(xiàn)場進行了標(biāo)定精度驗證實驗。結(jié)果表明測量視場為20M15M,實驗室環(huán)境下標(biāo)尺重建偏差均值為01147MM,現(xiàn)場環(huán)境下單點測量坐標(biāo)平均偏差為013MM,尤其在景深方向的測量平均偏差僅為01156MM,滿足航空現(xiàn)場測量的精度要求。

簡介:上海交通大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文航空發(fā)動機變比熱容熱力計算和系統(tǒng)級仿真研究姓名韋福申請學(xué)位級別碩士專業(yè)航空宇航推進理論與工程指導(dǎo)教師杜朝輝20060201上海交通大學(xué)碩士論文摘要II和組分燃?xì)獾膹?fù)雜函數(shù)其中壓力對比熱容的影響很小氣體經(jīng)過燃燒室和燃油混合燃燒后生成的燃?xì)庥啥喾N不同性質(zhì)的物質(zhì)組成而且隨著余氣系數(shù)不同其成分及比例不同物性也不一樣如果都考慮每種氣體的比熱容就會給計算帶來困難為了計算方便將系統(tǒng)的工質(zhì)分為空氣和純?nèi)細(xì)庥扇剂吓c理論空氣量完全燃燒而成的的混合分別考慮他們的比熱容如果是燃燒室前的模塊比如進氣道壓氣機等可把其工質(zhì)看成燃?xì)鉃榱愕幕旌蠚怏w純空氣一般的比熱容是按照空氣和純?nèi)細(xì)獾谋葻崛莞鶕?jù)質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)關(guān)系線性組合而成的然后對每一模塊建立變比熱容的數(shù)學(xué)計算模型同時以單軸渦輪噴氣式發(fā)動機為算例進行計算仿真跟用軟件GASTURB和定比熱計算的結(jié)果相比較證明變比熱的計算結(jié)果合理性和更接近物理實際以及有推廣應(yīng)用的價值最后利用已有的模塊庫對常見的發(fā)動機系統(tǒng)比如渦輪噴氣渦輪軸渦輪螺漿渦輪風(fēng)扇等進行系統(tǒng)建模仿真并對它們進行設(shè)計點和非設(shè)計點的熱力計算非設(shè)計點仿真計算包括速度特性高度特性和節(jié)流特性的計算還有過渡工作狀態(tài)比如啟動加速減速接通加力與斷開加力等仿真從計算結(jié)果的分析和與GASTURB的計算相比較中可以看出利用MODELICADYMOLA進行建模仿真的方法具有有效性通用性合理性可行性和便捷性等關(guān)鍵詞航空發(fā)動機模塊化建模變比熱容仿真DYMOLAMODELICA
