    • 簡介:本文根據(jù)蘭州連城鋁業(yè)有限責任公司自身的特點,以解決環(huán)保問題、節(jié)能降耗、實現(xiàn)低成本生產(chǎn)為目的,對蘭州連城鋁業(yè)有限責任公司進行環(huán)境治理改造的必要性和可行性進行了論述,對改造的具體方案進行了詳細分析。治理改造工程中最重要的是碳素系統(tǒng)設計和電解系統(tǒng)設計兩部分。改造工程主要是針對連城鋁廠現(xiàn)有自焙電解槽的污染問題,同時配套改造建設陽極生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)。所以在碳素系統(tǒng)設計中主要對陽極生產(chǎn)規(guī)模和產(chǎn)品規(guī)格、預焙陽極的生產(chǎn)工藝流程、預焙陽極生產(chǎn)配方以及對預焙陽極的生產(chǎn)設備進行了優(yōu)化改造。電解鋁生產(chǎn)采用的是熔鹽電解法。在電解系統(tǒng)設計部分,主要對電解計算機系統(tǒng)進行了研究,同時提出了鑄造車間及氧化鋁和氟化鹽貯運系統(tǒng)的改造方案。
