簡介:本文根據(jù)蘭州連城鋁業(yè)有限責任公司自身的特點,以解決環(huán)保問題、節(jié)能降耗、實現(xiàn)低成本生產(chǎn)為目的,對蘭州連城鋁業(yè)有限責任公司進行環(huán)境治理改造的必要性和可行性進行了論述,對改造的具體方案進行了詳細分析。治理改造工程中最重要的是碳素系統(tǒng)設計和電解系統(tǒng)設計兩部分。改造工程主要是針對連城鋁廠現(xiàn)有自焙電解槽的污染問題,同時配套改造建設陽極生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)。所以在碳素系統(tǒng)設計中主要對陽極生產(chǎn)規(guī)模和產(chǎn)品規(guī)格、預焙陽極的生產(chǎn)工藝流程、預焙陽極生產(chǎn)配方以及對預焙陽極的生產(chǎn)設備進行了優(yōu)化改造。電解鋁生產(chǎn)采用的是熔鹽電解法。在電解系統(tǒng)設計部分,主要對電解計算機系統(tǒng)進行了研究,同時提出了鑄造車間及氧化鋁和氟化鹽貯運系統(tǒng)的改造方案。

簡介:上海海事大學碩士學位論文象山金海潤滑油有限公司專用碼頭工程建設對海域環(huán)境影響分析姓名何定芬申請學位級別碩士專業(yè)交通運輸工程指導教師宗蓓華朱惠君20051001浮上海海事大學交通運輸工程碩士論文摘要本文作者參與了象山金海潤滑油有限公司專用碼頭工程建設對海域環(huán)境影響分析的調(diào)研工作,對報告中的工程建設項目對海域環(huán)境影響做了大量的研究,并以此為基礎(chǔ)形成了本論文。本文根據(jù)中華人民共和國海域使用管理法、中華人民共和國海洋環(huán)境保護法和中華人民共和國水污染防止法等有關(guān)國家法規(guī),從象山金海潤滑油有限公司專用碼頭工程建設的實際出發(fā),在分析了工程建設對海域和資源環(huán)境影響的基礎(chǔ)上,闡述了象山金海潤滑油有限公司專用碼頭工程建設的可行性和工程建設過程中應對海洋資源采取保護的必要性,然后著重分析了工程在施工期和營運期產(chǎn)生污染的動力源及其主要危害,并指出了工程建設中施工期和營運期保護海洋資源的主要措施,最后對環(huán)境保護的綜合效益作了評估和分析。象山金海潤滑油有限公司專用碼頭工程建設對海域環(huán)境影響的分析作為工程可行性研究的一個重要組成部分,主要從合理利用海洋資源,保持周邊涉海產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的原則出發(fā),采取以下的技術(shù)方法進行科學論證1進行環(huán)境和資源現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查與評價,掌握工程區(qū)附近海域環(huán)境現(xiàn)狀和海洋資源開發(fā)利用現(xiàn)狀,為預測評價提供可靠的基礎(chǔ)資料。2利用相關(guān)的數(shù)學模式,建立泥沙和污染物輸移擴散的數(shù)學模型,測定工程施工期和營運期對附近海域資源、環(huán)境以及周邊產(chǎn)業(yè)的影響程度和范圍。3利用相關(guān)的數(shù)學模式,測定非正常排污狀態(tài)下和溢油狀態(tài)下污染物的擴散影響范圍,提出合理可行的環(huán)保措施及事故應急對策,減少工程對資源環(huán)境的影響,達到經(jīng)濟、環(huán)境、社會三效益的有機統(tǒng)一關(guān)鍵詞工程建設,海洋環(huán)境,環(huán)境保護2T。兮O
