    • 簡(jiǎn)介:遼寧工程技術(shù)大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文)1前言本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)是為了讓我們更清楚地理解怎樣確定零件的加工方案,通過畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì),可以掌握正確的設(shè)計(jì)方法和設(shè)計(jì)思維方法,進(jìn)一步提高自己有關(guān)機(jī)械制造工藝及設(shè)備方面的設(shè)計(jì)能力,提高制圖、計(jì)算、文字?jǐn)⑹觥⑦\(yùn)用各種標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、規(guī)范、手冊(cè)的能力,學(xué)會(huì)調(diào)查研究、理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際、鍛煉查閱、分析研究國(guó)內(nèi)外有關(guān)資料的能力,鞏固并擴(kuò)大知識(shí)領(lǐng)域和視野,學(xué)習(xí)本專業(yè)范圍內(nèi)與設(shè)計(jì)題目有關(guān)的專業(yè)知識(shí),使自己得到更好的鍛煉,為我們即將走上工作崗位的畢業(yè)生打基礎(chǔ)全套圖紙,加全套圖紙,加153893706153893706本人設(shè)計(jì)的是YB110021葉片泵轉(zhuǎn)子12¢35深孔鉆削專用機(jī)床及夾具設(shè)計(jì),原阜新液壓件廠是以普通鉆床和專用夾具、在工人手動(dòng)目視下大體對(duì)準(zhǔn)后進(jìn)行加工,工人勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度大,生產(chǎn)率也不高,為適應(yīng)大批大量生產(chǎn)的需要,必須進(jìn)行改革,本人根據(jù)自己所學(xué)知識(shí),在設(shè)定大規(guī)模生產(chǎn)批量下和教師教導(dǎo)下進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)。本說明書對(duì)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)整個(gè)過程有關(guān)原則、設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算、有關(guān)分析和論述的必要部分加以說明,另外還附有若干必要的圖表。說明書的內(nèi)容見目錄,是按照組合機(jī)床設(shè)計(jì)的規(guī)律和步驟進(jìn)行的。遼寧工程技術(shù)大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文)3臺(tái)組合機(jī)床加工。從零件圖上看,轉(zhuǎn)子的厚度為28MM,可見其不薄,簡(jiǎn)化為材料力學(xué)模型后屬塊體。因?yàn)閷儆谏羁准庸?,工進(jìn)的方式和速度一定要合理,待鉆深3MM左右后,即可按一般進(jìn)給速度正常鉆削,直到鉆通為止。在滿足之上的精度要求后,孔加工的要求不算高,現(xiàn)有的工藝很易保證,零件的加工工藝性良好。13組合機(jī)床工藝方案設(shè)計(jì)131工序由設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù)書知,工藝路線基于以上分析,工藝路線制定如下0鍛造5熱處理正火HB14317910車削車外圓端面,鉆、擴(kuò)孔15鉆削沿轉(zhuǎn)子槽根部鉆12個(gè)直徑為35的通孔20銑削銑葉片槽25拉削拉矩形花鍵至圖紙要求30銑削銑花鍵外徑35磨削磨各平面、外圓和葉片槽40去毛刺45清洗50防銹處理
