簡(jiǎn)介:1/3XXXX銀行代理保險(xiǎn)業(yè)務(wù)排查自查整改報(bào)告銀行代理保險(xiǎn)業(yè)務(wù)排查自查整改報(bào)告XX農(nóng)村合作銀行關(guān)于代理保險(xiǎn)業(yè)務(wù)的自查整改報(bào)告六安辦事處為認(rèn)真貫徹落實(shí)關(guān)于轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)銀行業(yè)治理商業(yè)賄賂領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組的通知(皖農(nóng)信聯(lián)辦XX129號(hào))精神,我行結(jié)合向“流程銀行”轉(zhuǎn)變的工作實(shí)際,對(duì)照保監(jiān)會(huì)XX70號(hào)文件要求,對(duì)近年來開展的代理保險(xiǎn)業(yè)務(wù)進(jìn)行了全面細(xì)致的排查,現(xiàn)將排查、整改情況報(bào)告如下一、代理保險(xiǎn)業(yè)務(wù)的基本情況我行領(lǐng)導(dǎo)高度重視代理保險(xiǎn)業(yè)務(wù)的開展與發(fā)展,切實(shí)地推出了規(guī)范、有效的措施來加強(qiáng)與保險(xiǎn)公司的配合。全縣從上至下也一直把代理保險(xiǎn)業(yè)務(wù)作為業(yè)務(wù)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整的一項(xiàng)重點(diǎn)業(yè)務(wù)來抓,作為開展中間業(yè)務(wù)的突破口來抓,且一直將代理保險(xiǎn)業(yè)務(wù)放在與合行主營(yíng)業(yè)務(wù)同等重要的地位規(guī)范地抓。XX年度,我行沒有開辦代理保險(xiǎn)業(yè)務(wù)。XX年初伊始,我行貫徹省聯(lián)社有關(guān)代理保險(xiǎn)業(yè)務(wù)的文件精神,在與多家保險(xiǎn)公司談判協(xié)商后,和中國(guó)太平洋人壽保險(xiǎn)公司六安營(yíng)銷服務(wù)部達(dá)成代理協(xié)議,規(guī)范操作流程,開展業(yè)務(wù)培訓(xùn),大力推進(jìn)代理保險(xiǎn)業(yè)務(wù),截止XX年8月,霍山合行33個(gè)營(yíng)業(yè)網(wǎng)點(diǎn),代辦“安貸寶”業(yè)務(wù)560戶,累計(jì)代收保費(fèi)169354元,因未領(lǐng)取保險(xiǎn)中介服務(wù)統(tǒng)一發(fā)票,至今未領(lǐng)取代理手續(xù)費(fèi)。3/3(二)加強(qiáng)代理保險(xiǎn)業(yè)務(wù)規(guī)范管理體制的建設(shè)。制定代理保險(xiǎn)業(yè)務(wù)的實(shí)施細(xì)則,修訂、完善代理業(yè)務(wù)的內(nèi)控制度,加強(qiáng)制度落實(shí)情況的檢查和監(jiān)督,防止商業(yè)賄賂,防止金融風(fēng)險(xiǎn),確保保險(xiǎn)人的合法權(quán)益。進(jìn)一步明確專門的代理保險(xiǎn)管理機(jī)構(gòu)和專業(yè)人員負(fù)責(zé)業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展。將代理保險(xiǎn)業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展納入對(duì)各支行行長(zhǎng)的目標(biāo)責(zé)任制范疇進(jìn)行考核。針對(duì)我行點(diǎn)多面廣、綜合業(yè)務(wù)上線的極為有利的優(yōu)勢(shì),在省社的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下,研究開發(fā)中間業(yè)務(wù)平臺(tái),加快電子化建設(shè)的進(jìn)程。要求保險(xiǎn)公司對(duì)職工的定期、免費(fèi)培訓(xùn),全面提高提高整體素質(zhì),爭(zhēng)取在XX年前,做到至少每網(wǎng)點(diǎn)有12名代理人員的持證上崗。(三)大力發(fā)展代理保險(xiǎn)業(yè)務(wù),促進(jìn)其他業(yè)務(wù)共同發(fā)展。通過代理保險(xiǎn)業(yè)務(wù)等中間業(yè)務(wù)的平臺(tái),使保戶變成合作銀行的客戶,從而有力地促進(jìn)代理保險(xiǎn)和合行業(yè)務(wù)的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展。更重要的是,做出合行的品牌,做出合行的人氣。二00X年九月六日
