15、 design of tall buildings norms [S]. </p><p> 高層商住樓消防設(shè)計(jì)探討</p><p> 在最近幾年廣州市的商住樓設(shè)計(jì)過程中,遇到的一個(gè)新問題是公安消防部門要求對(duì)一類高層住宅的電梯廳和公共走道部分設(shè)自動(dòng)噴水滅火系統(tǒng)。過去,設(shè)計(jì)人員對(duì)現(xiàn)行《高層民用建筑設(shè)計(jì)防火規(guī)范》(GB 50045—1995)(以下簡(jiǎn)稱“高規(guī)”)中規(guī)定自動(dòng)噴水滅火系統(tǒng)設(shè)置范
16、圍第7.6.2條的理解是把住宅排除在外的。高層商住樓消防設(shè)計(jì)的常規(guī)做法一般采用全樓設(shè)消火栓滅火系統(tǒng),裙樓和地下室增設(shè)自動(dòng)噴水滅火系統(tǒng)。因此,噴淋泵的揚(yáng)程選擇是較低的,功率也較小。在實(shí)際工程中曾遇到這樣的例子:某幢28層的商住樓在消防驗(yàn)收時(shí),公安消防部門要求住宅層的電梯和走道增加噴淋系統(tǒng)。為此業(yè)主不得不增加消防噴淋泵,在梯間安裝消防噴淋管道和噴頭。結(jié)果不但增加了工程造價(jià),也影響了電梯廳的美觀及工程進(jìn)度?! 「鶕?jù)“高規(guī)”第七章第二節(jié)對(duì)消防
