37、捆綁三道(新繩在舊繩西側(cè))。具體捆綁方法是:先用3m長(zhǎng)麻繩的其中1m密集纏繞新繩,再用剩余的麻繩在原來纏繞新繩的位置將新、舊繩捆綁在一起,綁完后用水將麻繩浸透(捆綁前小棕繩稍濕)。③ 下放南罐同時(shí)放新繩,用與上述同樣的方法自第一道棕繩七每間隔10m將新繩與舊繩捆綁牢固,當(dāng)新鋼絲繩繩頭到達(dá)南罐側(cè),并與井口以上第一道鋼梁平齊時(shí)停車,拆除井口北罐工作平臺(tái)。④ 在井塔四層平臺(tái)上,用專用板卡在北罐側(cè)將四根繩卡牢,以防止新繩回竄,然后。割掉所有捆綁

41、東側(cè)兩只原楔形吊掛裝置。④更換西側(cè)兩只楔形吊掛裝置,更換完畢,用麻繩將新、舊鋼絲繩惦掛裝置對(duì)應(yīng)牢固的捆綁在一起。</p><p> ?。?)在二層平臺(tái)上截新鋼絲繩,并將新鋼絲繩與備用楔形惦掛裝置連接好。</p><p> (6)更換北鉤罐籠四個(gè)楔形惦掛裝置。①先將二層上的打壓泵與北罐液壓自動(dòng)平衡油缸連通管連好后,打開總截門少許,將油缸內(nèi)的油全部放入打壓泵內(nèi),再將北鉤液壓自動(dòng)平衡油缸連通管
42、拆除,放好。②拉兩只20T葫蘆將北鉤罐籠水平吊起適當(dāng)高度,按照由東向西的順序逐步更換北鉤楔形惦掛裝置,更換完畢,割除舊繩,并拆除工作平臺(tái)。</p><p> ?。?)倒繩槽。①在井塔四層用長(zhǎng)板卡子將北鉤側(cè)的四根新繩及舊繩卡牢。②用12.5mm鋼絲繩繩套子及行車,將新、舊鋼絲繩吊起,使新、舊鋼絲繩脫離主導(dǎo)論,從東側(cè)起,依次將舊繩從主導(dǎo)論、導(dǎo)向輪繩槽中取出,并將新繩依次放入繩槽,將舊繩放在主導(dǎo)論或?qū)蜉喌囊r墊上(繩槽
43、東側(cè))。③拆除井塔四層卡繩用板卡子。</p><p> ?。?)回收舊鋼絲繩。①同時(shí)松吊北鉤罐籠的兩只20T葫蘆,將罐籠落下至新鋼絲繩受力,拆除起吊用具,并蔣四根舊繩頭與其對(duì)應(yīng)的新鋼絲繩捆綁在一起。②井下組織施工人員拆除南鉤罐籠起吊用具和工作平臺(tái)。③開動(dòng)絞車適當(dāng)距離,拆除卡繩器及工字鋼。檢查無問題后,開始用低頻下放北鉤罐籠,用人力將舊繩通過井1:3的四個(gè)導(dǎo)向輪托至對(duì)應(yīng)的繩滾上,同時(shí)將新、舊繩上的卡子和棕繩去除。④
44、當(dāng)南鉤灌頂達(dá)到井1:3合適位置時(shí)停車,用氣割將舊鋼絲繩在鉤頭以上截?cái)?,托至不妨礙施工的地方。⑤在井1:3合適位置。將北罐側(cè)四根舊繩頭與其對(duì)應(yīng)的新鋼絲繩牢固的捆綁在一起,并在井口南罐側(cè)搭臨時(shí)工作臺(tái)。⑥開動(dòng)絞車,下放南鉤罐籠,同時(shí)將剩余的舊繩拖出,完畢后,拆除臨時(shí)工作臺(tái)。</p><p> ?。?)調(diào)繩。一切無問題后,絞車試運(yùn)行、調(diào)試各種保護(hù)。</p><p><b> 施工中的注
