4、yingmainsoilmicroorganismclassgroup,andshowsthatsoilenzymeactivitychangesindifferentcontinuouscropping,andthecontinuouscroppinginfluenceonthesoilbiologicalactivitybycontrastingthefieldwithactivatedcharcoalprocessingtothe
5、fieldwithoutitaswellasthecoordinatestrawstalkInorderteducethecontinuouscroppingbarrier,theexperimentestablishesthescientificcultivationsystem,whichprovidesthetheorybasistothehighqualityandcontinuouceproductionofXinjiangc
6、ottonThemainresultsaleasfollow:1Thelongtermcontinuouscroppinghastheobviousadverseeffectonthecottonsgrowth,andsomecottonimportantphysiologytargethasbeeninfluencedbythecontinuouscroppingbarrierinthedifferentcontinuouscropp
7、ingageConsequentlytheoutputofcottenshasreduced,therootactivityandthechlorophyllfailedalongwiththecontinuouscropping,WhiletheSODandthePODactivitiesoftherootsandleavesandthecontentofMDAhavethevaryingrisedinthedifferentperi
8、odofdurationtheSODandPODactivitiesandthecontentofMDAwiththeactivatedcharcoaladdinghavethevaryingdegreedropcontrasttothathasnotaddedactivatedcharcoalwhiletherootactivityandthechlorophyllhavethedistinctenhancementBytestthe
9、physiologicaltargetweCallknowthatthecottoncontinuouscroppingsoilcancausestheharmtocotton’sgrowthandtheoutput,butwiththeactivatedcharcoaladdstothesoilitcanreducetheadverseeffectwhichcausedbythecottoncontinuouscropping2Whe
