3、r the sustainable development of our tourist industry. The articles takes our existing tourism law as a model to analysis and introduce some good legislation experience which is from famous tourism foreign countries. Fin

4、ally, I construct the tourism law system of our country and give a few good advices in some main aspects. There are four parts except introduction and conclusion in the article as follows: In chapter one，this paper start

5、s from exposing the importance of tourism industry to the national economy, then introduce the basic theories of tourism law and give a brief illustration of the characteristics about it, which is different from the ot

6、her department laws. In chapter two, I analysis the prominent problems which exist in our tourist industry and try to find the reasons. In chapter three, I take the tourism laws in Japan, the USA and Mexico who have dev

7、eloped tourist industries as examples. Through studying the measures they do in tourism laws, I get some great points which will inspire our legislation. In chapter four, in order to ensure the sustainable development of
