2、e life,but these buildings have poor seismic capacity,when earthquake coming,they are easily subjected serious damage or even collapse, directly threats human security of life and property.In order to
3、reduce earthquake damage,it is necessary to make seismic capacity evaluation to the buildings, timely found structural weaknesses then strengthened and reconstructed.Meantime, seismic capacity evaluation al
4、so provided evidences for earthquake early warning、disaster fast assessment and emergency rescue.Recent years, earthquake early warning system which based on real- time earthquake observation networ
5、k as recommendatory means of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction has caused people’ s attention in the world, reasonable earthquake array layout is the premise of earthquake early warn
6、ing system which can develop the action efficiently.If real- time earthquake observation network layout unreasonably,its results and speed can be affected to a great extent.If layout densitily,co
7、st is too high, layout sparsly,it can not reach expected requirement,therefore, real- time earthquake observation network optimized layout needed further study.In order to rapidly and accurately estimate poss
8、ible reached destruction degree of structures after earthquake,it needed to make earthquake disaster evaluation to structures, but in our country, seismic damage evaluation mostly taked seismic i
9、ntensity as input parameters, this evaluation method usually has a greater difference from actual situation, in order to obtain more reasonable and accurate evaluation results, it is necessary
10、 to make earthquake damage evaluation taked measurd ground motion parameters as input.Therefore, researches of this paper are as follows: 1. Structural seismic capability evaluation:based on Push
11、over analytical method,establish reinforced concrete frame structure three- dimensional analytical model,use SAP2000 software to analysis structure,according to capacity spectrum method, converted Pushove
12、r curve into capacity spectrum curve, converted normative design response spectrum into inelastic demand spectrum, through superimposed capacity spectrum and demand spectrum,obtained performance poin
13、t,then obtained top displacement、distribution of plastic hinge、story drift angle and floor displacement,then check structural seismic capacity.Take a reinforced concrete frame structure for example,
14、 evaluate its seismic capability. 2. Array layout optimization design: dispersing processing earthquake places, based on two station sub- array seismic location method, build a rray layout optimi
15、zation design model, use improved hybrid genetic algorithm to optimization design array layout of earthquake early warning system. Take urban area of shenyang for example,makes effective early
16、warning time of any early warning object meet earthquake early warning system lowest fortification requirements when earthquake occurring in different places. 3. Rapid evaluation method for s eis
17、mic damage: use inverse distance weighting method processed discrete ground motion data, based on HAZUS99 method, establish spectrum displacement indicatory vulnerability curve, then calculate probabili
18、ty of different damage degree, that is vulnerability matrix of structure, then evaluate seismic damage of structure.Process three groups data of examples, and take a reinforced concrete frame structure
