5、 poor.The aim of precision poverty alleviation is to solve the poor population. It varies fromhousehold to household, and person to person, to help the really poor, to achieve realpoverty reduction. However, with the pop

6、ularization of information technology, precisepoverty alleviation needs the help of modern technological means to improve the effectof poverty alleviation, and solve the existing problems, and efficiently accomplishpover

7、ty alleviation. Only by means of the Internet and its innovative achievements, canwe establish a long-term and precise poverty alleviation mechanism to achieve the goalof eliminating poverty in 2020, gnaw the hard bones

8、and win the battle against the hardwork of shaking off poverty.This paper is based on the traditional methods and processes of poverty alleviation.It shows that traditional poverty alleviation can not meet the long-term

9、needs of povertyalleviation, further demonstrates the necessity and feasibility of information-basedpoverty alleviation, and puts forward the informatization innovation to drive the Internetto help the poor. Then through

10、 a strong contrast with the traditional poverty alleviationprocess, a process model for informatization approach innovation to drive rural povertyalleviation is constructed. Each part of the model itself is analyzed, the

11、 inter-operationalmechanisms between the models are described, and information innovation is used todrive Internet poverty alleviation. The data generated during the process is used toclassify and integrate the data. The
