3、rking the Chinesehydropower has ushered in the climax. In expanding the scale hydropower engineeringenvironment, reservoir safety issues no doubt become an important part of people's livelihoodguarantee. Because of t
4、he general construction of the reservoir area in mountains and canyons,plus the reservoir area due to the discharge atomization frequent air humidity and other factors,the impact of rainfall on the reservoir bank slope i
5、s particularly prominent. This paper studiesrainfall infiltration on the pore water pressure and volumetric water content within the slope asa starting point, the mechanism of the impact of rainfall on slope stability an
6、d further attention.The first part of this paper to an ideal object for the study of soil slope. Researchingrainfall intensity, rainfall duration, the impact of soil permeability and ideal soil slope gradient,pressure sl
7、ope height, slope section type of model size parameters caused by the safety factormodel, the results show: rainfall intensity increases, rainfall duration increases, the slope of theinitial rise in the water table will
8、be made into a body of volumetric water rate increases, so thatthe rate of water movement in the slope increases, resulting in the body of the matric suctionslope decreases, leading to reduced safety factor of slope.Unde
9、r the same conditions as rainfall,ideal soil slope gradient model increases, the pressure to reduce the height of the slope, theslope surface segmentation unreasonable safety factor will lead to a decrease in the slopein
10、creases.The second part of this paper, for example Jinping River Reservoir Project, established aStudio Finite element model, hydrological and meteorological data combined with the reservoirarea. In considering changes i
11、n reservoir storage and field area of seismic conditions to studythe impact of rainfall on slope stability of the reservoir area 1-1 to 6-6 profile. The calculationresults show that Jin Ping River near the dam reservoir
