3、microcrystallineglasshasaveryimptantpracticaltheeticalvalue.Ithelpsmaketherelationshipamongglasstransitionglassstructureperfmancebetterknowntopeople,pushesthedevelopmentofglassscienceopensupanewwayofmakingcrystalmaterial

4、s.InthisexperimentusinganalyticalgradecalciumcarbonatealuminumoxidemagnesiumcarbonatesilicaasthemainrawmaterialsCaOMgOAl2O3SiO2systemglassispreparedbymelting.Firstthreefmulasofdifferentcomponentsaredeterminedaccdingtothe

5、theyofthecompositiondesignofmicrocrystallineglass.Byobservinganalyzingtheresultsofmeltingdifferentialthermalanalysisanalyzingthecrystallizationresultsthemostsuitabledistributionoftheratiooftheglassgroupfthisexperimentstu

6、dywasachievedi.e.CaO~25%,MgO~15%,Al2O3~10%,SiO2~50%,Sb2O3~2%.CaOMgOAl2O3SiO2systemglassunderthisfmulaat850℃waswithoutcrystallizationphenomenabutitscrystallizationphenomenaatabout1010℃isobviouscrystallinephaseprecipitated

7、mainlypyroxenediopside.Accdingtothebestcompositionofthisexperimentsevendifferentthermalhistyconditionsareusedfpreparationofbasisglassnamely:①coolinginthewater②aircoolingovertheironplate③annealingat650℃f10hours④annealinga

8、t700℃f10hours⑤annealingat750℃f10hours⑥annealingat800℃f10hours⑦annealingat850℃f10hours.TestonthebasisglasswegotbythetestingtechniquesDTAIRSEMetc.discussthechangesincrystallizationkiicparametersofCMASsystemglassindifferent

9、thermalhistyconditionstheimpactofsplitphaseoncrystallization.AnalysisresultsshowthattheCMASsystemglassofthesamecompositionunderdifferentthermalhistyconditionsofwhichexothermicpeakareaspeakheightsaresignificantlydifferent

10、theircrystallizationactivationenergies(E)crystallineindexesweredifferentalsobyvaryingthethermalhisty.Besideswiththeannealingtemperatureincreasingtheaccumulationofnewphaseisbecomingmedispersedletlikeparticlesgraduallyconn

11、ectindispersedwmlikechainthentuckupoverlappingfromeachother.Thechangesofthermalhistyconditionshaveaninfluenceon[SiO4]tetrahedronkeysassociatinginglass.AstheannealingtemperatureincreasesSiOSi、SiOkeysinassociating[SiO4]asy

12、mmetrictelescopicvibrationincreaseassociaion[SiO4]中SiOternaryflexural,decreasingafterthefirstincrease.Atlastinaccdancewiththedifferentialthermalanalysisresultsunderdifferentthermalhisticalconditionsletsamplesfullycrystal
