1、Melt-blowing is one of the most commonly used methods for producing microfibernonwovens. Although it has been realized industrialization production, but the fineness of fiberis still in microns range. If the fineness of
2、melt-blown fiber reduces to the nanometer level, themelt-blowing technology will have a broader prospect of application.In this study the following four aspects ofwork have been done:Firstly, a systematic study of the ef
3、fects of the processing parameters on fiber diameter isaccomplished, including polymer temperature, air temperature, air pressure, collecting distance,and polymer flow rate. With the increase of air pressure, air tempera
4、ture, polymer temperature,and the melt flow rate, the fiber diameter decreases. While decreasing the polymer flow rate, thefiber diameter decreases. And the minimum fiber diameter is reached at the collecting distance of
5、10 cm.Secondly, through orthogonal the effect of the five factors on the diameters follows thedescending order: distance>mp>A pressure>A temp>P temp. Optimization level followed byP temp (Co) 230℃, air pressure 0.2MPa, C
6、 distance cm 1Ocm, A temp (Co) 260℃, the mpml/min 1Oml/min. Set the above parameters, after melt blown spinning test measured theproduction of spun fiber diameter 1.374673(μm), for the A trial in the fiber diameter of th
7、esmallest. Through orthogonal by using The SDV of the fiber diameter, this is an importantcharacter in the fiber field. The effect of the five factors on the SDV was calculated. And theireffects on the diameters are list
8、ed in the following order: A pressure>distance>mp>P temp> Atemp. Optimization level followed by P temp (Co) 260℃, air pressure 0.4MPa, C distance cm 1Ocm, A temp (Co) 300℃, the mp ml/min 20ml/min. Set the above paramete
9、rs, after melt blownspinning test measured the production of spun fiber diameter 1.046803μm, for the A trial in thefiber diameter ofthe smallest.Thirdly, the swirl die has been used to produce micro fibers in melt-blown
10、and measured thediameter the results reveal that the structure of the die has effect on fiber diameter same as theother parameters and its possible to use swirl die to produce micro fibers. Finally, the effect of paramet
11、ers on filtration performance and thickness of melt-blown webhave been investigated. The results revealed that the collecting distance and the polymer flowrate and polymer temperature air temperature have significant eff
