1、<p><b>  譯文二</b></p><p>  測(cè)定織物液態(tài)水動(dòng)態(tài)傳遞的新測(cè)試方法的精度</p><p><b>  摘要</b></p><p>  一項(xiàng)由AATCC(American Association of Textile Chemists and Colorists,美國(guó)紡織化學(xué)師與印染師協(xié)會(huì)

2、)最近提出的測(cè)試法解決了測(cè)試紡織面料和其他多孔材料的吸濕導(dǎo)汗性能這一難題。這項(xiàng)測(cè)試方法和依照這項(xiàng)方法設(shè)計(jì)的儀器,吸濕導(dǎo)汗性能測(cè)試儀(MMT),以及評(píng)估指標(biāo)的定義和等級(jí),連同織物吸濕導(dǎo)汗性能的分級(jí)方法都得到了改進(jìn)。此項(xiàng)測(cè)試的樣品為8塊面料。這8塊面料的結(jié)構(gòu)特征、材料各不相同,其中部分面料所使用的染整工藝不同。本文還對(duì)此方法與其他測(cè)試方法的聯(lián)系進(jìn)行了分析。根據(jù)在實(shí)驗(yàn)室內(nèi)進(jìn)行的實(shí)驗(yàn),筆者對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了變異數(shù)分析,以確定此項(xiàng)測(cè)試方法的精度。<

3、;/p><p>  關(guān)鍵詞:液態(tài),精度,吸濕導(dǎo)汗性能測(cè)試儀(MMT),測(cè)試方法,水傳遞</p><p><b>  評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)</b></p><p>  根據(jù)測(cè)試數(shù)據(jù)和統(tǒng)計(jì)曲線,筆者定義了一系列用于表征樣品液態(tài)水吸收和傳遞性能的指標(biāo)。這些指標(biāo)如表1所示。</p><p>  液態(tài)水傳遞綜合指數(shù)(OMMC)可通過(guò)公式1計(jì)算都得

4、到。</p><p>  OMMC = C1* ARB_ndv+ C2*Rndv+C3*SSB_ndv (公式1)</p><p>  式中C1、C2、C3代表非因次值所占的權(quán)重,ARB_ndv、Rndv和SSB_ndv分別代表“吸濕率”、“單向液態(tài)水傳遞指數(shù)”和“液態(tài)水傳遞速度”這三項(xiàng)指標(biāo)。</p><p>  表1 織物吸濕導(dǎo)汗性能指標(biāo)含義及符號(hào)</p

5、><p><b>  實(shí)驗(yàn)論證</b></p><p>  此次MMT測(cè)試的樣品為8塊從百貨大樓購(gòu)得的由品牌廠家生產(chǎn)的機(jī)織物。根據(jù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)ASTM D1776,測(cè)試需在環(huán)境溫度為20.0±5℃,相對(duì)濕度為65.0±2%的環(huán)境可調(diào)節(jié)實(shí)驗(yàn)室內(nèi)進(jìn)行。首先將每塊織物裁剪成8×8cm大小的樣品,然后將其放置在環(huán)境可調(diào)節(jié)實(shí)驗(yàn)室內(nèi)24小時(shí)。</p>

6、<p>  在測(cè)試過(guò)程中,測(cè)試溶液(人造汗液)由MMT從織物的上表面導(dǎo)入織物。此外,同樣重量(0.22g)的測(cè)試溶液被MMT自動(dòng)注射入織物中。測(cè)試所用的織物的重要結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)如表4所示。使用專業(yè)統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件包SPSS(Statistical Product and Service Solutions,社會(huì)科學(xué)統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件包)對(duì)結(jié)果進(jìn)行單向變異數(shù)分析,證實(shí)了不同織物之間的吸濕導(dǎo)汗性能存在著明顯差異。表5是包含了10項(xiàng)吸濕導(dǎo)汗性能指數(shù)的單

8、吸濕導(dǎo)汗性能的各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)。</p><p><b>  結(jié)論</b></p><p>  科學(xué)家們研發(fā)了一套有效測(cè)試和描述紡織品,如機(jī)織物的吸濕導(dǎo)汗性能的方法和與之相配套的測(cè)試儀器,并對(duì)一系列相關(guān)指標(biāo)下了定義。在被分析和分級(jí)之后,這些指標(biāo)被用來(lái)描述用于測(cè)試數(shù)據(jù)的織物的吸濕導(dǎo)汗性能。此項(xiàng)測(cè)試的樣品為8塊面料。這8塊面料的結(jié)構(gòu)特征、材料各不相同,其中部分面料所使用的染整工藝

17、rchandise purchased from department stores, were selectedfor the MMT testing experiments. All tests were carried out in a conditioning room, where environmental conditions were controlled at 20.0±5℃ and 65.0±2%

18、 RH according to ASTM D1776. For each fabric, five 8 x 8 cm specimens were cut and then conditioned in the conditioning room for 24 hr.</p><p>  During the test, the test solution (synthetic sweat) was intro

19、duced onto the fabric top surface, and the same quantity of the test solution (0.22 g) was injected onto the top surface of each specimen automatically by the MMT. The basic structure parameters of the test fabrics are s

20、hown in Table IV. One-way ANOVA analysis was carried out to identify the significance of differences among the fabrics using the professional statistical software package SPSS. Table V is the one-way ANOVA table for al&l
