1、<p><b> 鍋爐系統(tǒng)</b></p><p><b> 1 冷凝器</b></p><p><b> 1.1 簡(jiǎn)介</b></p><p> 歐堡生產(chǎn)的冷凝器是用直管和一個(gè)外部密封浮頭組成的管殼式冷凝器。這種冷凝器主要用作廢氣鍋爐,蒸汽加熱或洗艙海水加熱器的轉(zhuǎn)儲(chǔ)冷凝器/冷卻
2、器排水。并取得權(quán)威船級(jí)社批準(zhǔn)。 </p><p> 溫度計(jì),排水閥,空氣閥,壓力表的安裝設(shè)計(jì)為½“BSP內(nèi)螺紋安裝。這些組件可能是指定的。而蒸汽或水的控制設(shè)備是可選的。 </p><p> 1.2 安裝空間要求 </p><p> 安裝時(shí)必須有足夠的空間供作清洗,檢查或更換管的插入與撤出。 冷凝器必須安置在水平并穩(wěn)定的表面。</p>

4、; 當(dāng)冷凝器需閑置的時(shí)間較長(zhǎng),建議使用指定產(chǎn)品作為防腐蝕物質(zhì)</p><p><b> 1.4 安裝 </b></p><p> 冷凝器設(shè)計(jì)為垂直或水平安裝。在水平安裝的情況下,蒸汽噴嘴必須朝上,而冷凝水出口噴嘴朝下。 </p><p> 如果是垂直安裝冷凝器,蒸汽入口和海水出口端必須朝上。排水和空氣排放閥必須安裝在冷凝器在最低和最高

9、或海水出口溫度。如果冷凝水溫度過(guò)高或海水出口溫度過(guò)低,要么是冷凝器需要清洗或操作參數(shù)不正確。需要檢查其工作條件,并采取適當(dāng)?shù)募m正行動(dòng),以使性能恢復(fù)所要求的水平。 </p><p> 1.7 在關(guān)閉期間的保護(hù) </p><p> 在關(guān)閉期間發(fā)生的腐蝕,主要是由于氧氣的存在。如果存在非蒸餾水,如堿性或海水在冷凝器中,就很容易發(fā)生腐蝕。然而,即使在完全放空的情況下,冷凝器接觸到殘留的冷凝水

12、安全閥必須每年都要檢查其設(shè)置點(diǎn)是否正確。</p><p> 1.9 拆卸和重裝管束 </p><p> 當(dāng)需要將管束從冷凝器中取出時(shí) ,必須拆除海水連接頭,拆下蒸汽進(jìn)口處的水箱,松下其他水箱的連接螺栓需要利用水箱中的頂升螺栓將水箱和管架連接用的緊固O(píng)形圈拉開(kāi)。在拉出管束前,應(yīng)使用帶狀材料纏繞保護(hù)管架箱浮動(dòng)端的表面。由于管束和包裝表面容易損傷,一定要輕拿輕放。</p>&
13、lt;p> 檢查管束,水箱和外殼是否遭到破壞或過(guò)度磨損,進(jìn)行必要的維修和清洗后,重新組裝冷凝器。在水箱浮動(dòng)端的環(huán)槽中安裝新的O形圈,并涂耐熱硅潤(rùn)滑脂,使安裝更容易,并可以增加墊材的使用壽命。然后將管束裝入管架中,在插入管束前,管架始終要用包裝材料保護(hù)。使抗沖擊板塊正對(duì)蒸汽噴嘴的沖擊是十分重要的,不然可能會(huì)因?yàn)楣茏颖贿^(guò)度侵蝕而發(fā)生故障。安裝末端水箱。取下管架浮動(dòng)端的包裝帶,輕輕地將浮動(dòng)端水箱滑上。這是極為重要的板塊正面臨沖擊的蒸汽
14、噴嘴,否則可能會(huì)失敗,使用法蘭螺栓確保無(wú)偏斜地固定水箱后,裝上管子并鎖緊螺絲。</p><p> 墊片表面要清潔并防止損壞,每拆下一個(gè)接頭都要更換新的墊片。應(yīng)當(dāng)盡量使用原裝墊片和墊圈,并保證安裝牢固緊密。</p><p> 需始終使用扭力扳手上緊法蘭螺栓。</p><p> 運(yùn)行冷凝器一個(gè)小時(shí),停止,然后上緊法蘭螺栓。</p><p>

35、 </p><p> Aalborg Industries' MD condensers are of the shell and tube type with straight tubes and an externally seale
36、d floating head. The MD condenser is primarily used as dump condenser/drain cooler for exhaust gas boilers, or as steam heated tank cleaning heater for sea water. The condensers are approved by major marine classificatio
37、n societies.</p><p> Thermometers, drain valve, air valve, and pressure gauge can be fitted on designated ½" BSP threads. These components may be supplied on request. Control equipment for either
38、steam or water is optional.</p><p> 1.2 Installation space requirements</p><p> When mounting the condenser sufficient space must be allowed for withdrawal of the tube insert for cleaning, in
39、spection, or replacement purposes. The condenser must be placed on a level and stable surface.</p><p> 1.3 Storage</p><p> If the condenser must be stored prior to the installation, it should
40、 be in a dry storage room. If the storage room is damp, the condenser must be wrapped together with bags of silica gel. To avoid damages it is recommend that the condenser is stored in the original packing.</p>&l
41、t;p> The condenser has been hydrostatically tested before delivery. The used test medium contains a certain amount of corrosion protection . </p><p> When the condenser is kept in storage for an extende
42、d period of time, it is recommend to use Castrol Rustilo Aqua 2 as protection against corrosion.</p><p> 1.4 installation</p><p> The condenser is designed for either vertical or horizontal i
43、nstallation. In case of horizontal installation the steam inlet nozzle must face upwards, and the condensate outlet nozzle face downwards.</p><p> If the condenser is mounted vertically, the steam inlet and
44、 sea water outlet end must face upwards. Drain and air vent valves must be mounted according to the orientations of the condenser e.g. lowest and highest ½" thread position on the shell.</p><p> A
45、ny optional control equipment must always be installed according to specific instructions.</p><p> STEP A:Place the condenser on a level and plane surface.</p><p> STEP B:Drill the holes for t
46、he foundation bolts.</p><p> STEP C:Place the bolts into the holes and tighten up.</p><p> Connecting the condenser</p><p> STEP D:Remove all plugs and blind flanges before conne
47、cting the condenser.</p><p> STEP E:Ensure that no impurities are present in the connection</p><p> STEP F:Set up the pipe connections and make sure that no forces from the piping are transfer
48、red to the condenser</p><p> 1.5 Commissioning</p><p> Before start-up it is important to make sure that all connections are securely tightened. It is equally important that the condenser and
49、 the connecting pipes are thoroughly air-vented.</p><p> STEP A:If a safety valve is fitted it must be adjusted to maximum design pressure or lower.</p><p> STEP B:Tighten all main flange bolt
50、s . Always use a torque wrench when tightening the flange bolts.</p><p> STEP C:Operate the condenser for one hour, stop, and retighten all bolts .</p><p> STEP D:Both sides of the condenser m
51、ust be carefully vented and the circuits carefully inspected for leakage during the whole start-up period.</p><p> 1.6 Performance</p><p> The performance of the condenser is subject to the c
52、onditions specified in the heat transfer calculation sheet. It is particularly important that the steam pressure is maintained as specified, since lowering the pressure may cause excessive inlet velocity which may be bot
53、h noisy and harmful to the condenser, as well as the lower pressure will decrease the thermal performance. Usually it will be sufficient to evaluate the performance of the condenser by monitoring the outlet temperature o
54、f either</p><p> 1.7 Conservation during shut down periods</p><p> Corrosion occurrences in shut down periods are mainly caused by oxygen. The corrosion occurs if non-distilled, alkaline or s
55、ea water remains in the condenser. However, even when fully emptied, the condenser is exposed to corrosion caused by water residues or condensation. Hence, when out of service, it should be protected against corrosion by
56、 flushing with fresh water on the sea water side and carefully draining of both sides.</p><p> If the condenser is out of service for an extended period of time – in particular during winter seasons with fr
57、ost – it must be carefully emptied. Open the air vent valve and check for clogging.</p><p> 1.8 Maintenance and cleaning</p><p> The condenser should be cleaned regularly by removing the tube
58、 insert every twelve months or at any time there is a decrease in output not related to other causes.</p><p> STEP A:Check if any deposits have collected in the water boxes or in/on the tubes.</p>&l
59、t;p> STEP B:Cleaning of the tube bundle from the outside is carried out after removing the tube insert using a liquid jet </p><p> STEP C:Cleaning of the tube bundle from the inside is carried out after
60、 removing the cover by flushing the tubes with e.g. citric acid. To remove scales or impurities a soft nylon brush can be used, but it is very important not to damage the tube surface during mechanical cleaning.</p>
61、;<p> STEP D:Once every year the safety valve must be checked for correct set point. </p><p> 1.9 Dismantling and reassembling of the tube bundle</p><p> When the tube bundle must be
62、pulled from the condenser, the sea water connections must be dismantled and the water boxes at the steam inlet removed. Loosen the bolts for the other water box and use the jacking bolts in the water box to pull the wate
63、r box off the tight O-ring fitting with the tube sheet. Protect the floating end tube sheet packing surface with a wrap of tape before pulling the bundle. Handle the bundle and water boxes with care, since both tubes and
64、 packing surfaces can be damage</p><p> Inspect the tube bundle, water boxes and the shell for damage and excessive wear, make necessary repairs and cleaning and reassemble the condenser. Fit new O-rings to
65、 the floating end water box gasket grooves and grease with heat resistant silicone grease to ease the mounting and increase the gasket life time. Mount the bundle in the shell and remember to protect the packing surface
66、of the tube sheet before inserting the bundle. It is extremely important that the impingement plate is facing the </p><p> Gasket surfaces must be cleaned and protected against damage. New gaskets should be
67、 fitted every time a connection has been dismantled. To ensure a tight fit only original spares should be used when replacing the gaskets and O-rings.</p><p> Always use a torque wrench when tightening the

71、ral</p><p> The chemical dosing pump is a microprocessor controlled solenoid metering pump. The pump offers highly accurate reproducible metering in the dosing of liquid chemicals in pressurised pipe system
72、s, and into open and closed containers. The main components of the chemical dosing pump are the operating panel, power end, and liquid end..</p><p> The working principle of the pump is that chemical feed o
73、ccurs as a result of pulsed deflections of the dosing diaphragm within the liquid end, which causes pressure differentiation between the suction side, liquid end cavity, and discharge side. The pressure differentiation c
74、auses the suction and discharge self-acting valves to open and close, resulting in chemical feed. The dosing diaphragm is driven by an electromagnet, which is stimulated and controlled by a microprocessor.</p><
75、;p> The pump capacity (feed rate) is determined by the stroke length and stroke rate. The stroke length is set between 0% and 100% using the stroke length adjustment knob. Optimum dosing reproducibility is achieved b
76、y setting the stroke length between 30% and 100%. The stroke rate adjustable in 10% steps between 0% and 100% using the multifunction switch. However, in "external" operating mode the stroke rate is controlled
77、by electrical signals.</p><p> 2.2 Safety</p><p> The following safety guide lines must always be observed during installation, commissioning, operation, maintenance, and repair: </p>
78、<p> (1)Please note that the pump is not designed for:Use with gaseous chemicals or suspended solids and in explosion-hazardous locations.</p><p> ?。?)In emergency cases the pump should be switched off
79、 immediately. Disconnect the power cable from the power supply.</p><p> ?。?)The pump must be accessible at all times for both operation and servicing. Access must not be obstructed in any way.</p><

83、gt; 2.3 Installation</p><p> 2.3.1 general Installation</p><p> The chemical dosing pump is normally pre-mounted a chemical tank. However, in case that the pump must be mounted elsewhere or
84、 replaced please observe the following general installation notes </p><p> ?。?)The chemical dosing pump must be located in an environment with ambient temperature between -10C to +45C and a maximum permissib
85、le relative humidity of 92% non-condensing.</p><p> ?。?)The pump must be mounted with the pump foot resting on a firm horizontal base. Ensure that it is fastened into place firmly, and will not vibrate in op
86、eration.</p><p> ?。?)The maximum permissible priming and operating pressures must not be exceeded. For this type of pump the maximum priming lift is 2 mmWC and the maximum operating pressure is 16 barg. In c
87、ase that the operating pressure is exceeded, e.g. due to the position of the chemical feed into the feed system, the discharge side must be provided with a relief valve. The surplus chemicals should be led back to the c
88、hemical tank.</p><p> ?。?)Suction and discharge valves must be installed in a vertical position.</p><p> (5)The tubing should be attached in such a way that it allows lateral detachment of the
89、pump and liquid end, if necessary. The tubing must be free from stress and bends when fitted. Only original hoses with the correct dimensions should be used.</p><p> (6)The suction tubing should be as short
90、 as possible and rising in order to prevent air bubbles forming.</p><p> (7)The foot valve should be installed so that it hangs just above the bottom of the chemical tank. For chemicals with impurities or s
91、edimentation at the bottom, the foot valve should be positioned well above this layer.</p><p> (8)The check valve, which connects the discharge line to the feed water system, must be tightened properly.<
92、/p><p> 2.3.2 Electrical installation</p><p> The pump is connected to the mains power supply by using the mains lead. If the pump is connected to the mains in parallel with inductive power con
93、sumers (e.g. solenoid valves, motors) it must be electrically isolated. This prevents damage caused by induction and voltage surges when switching off. illustrates the power element of the pump.</p><p> 2.4

99、If the chemical dosing pump includes parts or features, which are not provided for the actual dosing unit, the specified instructions should be disregarded.</p><p> 2.5 Basic information for the pump</
100、p><p> 2.5.1 Stroke length adjustment knob</p><p> The stroke length is continuously adjustable between 0% and 100% via the stroke length adjustment knob. Reproducibility is only technically pra
101、cticable in the adjustment range 30% to 100%.</p><p> 2.5.2 Multifunction switch</p><p> The multifunction switch is used to select the operating mode and to set the stroking rate. The follow
