27、從2006年開(kāi)始，我國(guó)的CPI指數(shù)開(kāi)始快速增長(zhǎng)，雖然一些專家指出我國(guó)現(xiàn)在不具備通貨膨脹的特征（張漢亞，盛洪，2007），但一度達(dá)到8.7%（一般來(lái)說(shuō)，當(dāng)CPI3%的增幅時(shí)我們成為inflation，就是通貨膨脹，當(dāng)CPI5%的增幅時(shí)，我們稱為seriousinflation就是嚴(yán)重的通貨膨脹）的CPI增長(zhǎng)速度還是讓人感覺(jué)到了巨大的通貨膨脹的壓力。針對(duì)這種情況，央行從2006年8月至今，已經(jīng)19次提高了存款準(zhǔn)備金率。今日，貴州一中學(xué)學(xué)生不

28、滿飯菜漲價(jià)，打砸學(xué)校食堂，也間接說(shuō)明了物價(jià)上漲引起的嚴(yán)重后果。目前，中央及各地政府正采取各種措施抑制通貨膨脹增長(zhǎng)過(guò)快的現(xiàn)象。二、通貨膨脹的定義通貨膨脹指經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)中一定時(shí)期商品和勞務(wù)的貨幣價(jià)格水平持續(xù)和顯著上漲。也即表現(xiàn)為在紙幣流通條件下，因貨幣供給大于貨幣實(shí)際需求，現(xiàn)實(shí)購(gòu)買力大于產(chǎn)出供給導(dǎo)致貨幣貶值，由此而引起的一段時(shí)期內(nèi)物價(jià)持續(xù)而普遍地上漲的現(xiàn)象。其實(shí)質(zhì)是社會(huì)總需求大于社會(huì)總供給。通貨膨脹的程度通常用通貨膨脹率來(lái)衡量。對(duì)一國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)而言，
