3、rol of dead inventory is a directly inspection of the supply chain. How to prevent and reduce dead inventory is the key to the sustainable development of electronic manufacturing industry. On the other hand, decrease of

4、dead inventory is an action respond to the requirement of Green Economy and Energy Saving advocated in the twelfth Five-Years Plan. Based on the analysis of data from channels, the paper analyses the reasons why dead inv

5、entory is produced by electronic manufacturing industry from R&D, production and uncertainty of supply chain three aspects. In supply chain perspective, propose concrete steps to reduce dead inventory in definitude m
