3、rtant energy base, which is essential for promoting economic and social development of the driving force. Firstly, This paper describes the input-output method and the input-output model. Through the relevant data collec

4、tion, this paper divides into the leading industry in Northern Shaanxi Energy and Chemical industry Base. Secondly, according to the available Statistical Yearbook, this paper preparates ‘Northern Shaanxi Energy and Chem

5、ical Industry Base 2007 Input-Output Table’. Then, within using input-output coefficients, it analysis correlation degree, spill-over effects and the development in various industries of energy and chemical industry base

6、 in Northern Shaanxi. The analysis shows: Northern Shaanxi Energy and Chemical Industry Base inter-dependence because of various industries vary from sector to sector. In the correlation of Northern Shaanxi Energy and Ch

7、emical Industry Base, the top five of the deepest depth between the energy and chemical industry linkage are: coal mining industry and steam and electric heat industry, steam and electric heat industry and water producti
