3、eespeciallyhlingstabilitytheridecomft,theturningability,thelifecycleofthetiresetc.Thedoublewishbonesuspensionwhichwaswidelyusedinvehiclenowisonekindoftheindependentsuspensions.Inthisthesisfirstlythedesignmethodsofmaincom
4、ponentsofdoublewishbonesuspensionwereanalyzedsuchasthedesignofshockabsberthedesigncalculationoftsionbarspringsthedesignoftransversestabilizeraswellasthe`movementofdoublewishbonesuspensiontherelatedcalculationmethodswerep
5、resented.TakingHover’sfrontsuspensionasaexamplethreekindsoffrontsuspensionweresuggestedbasedonthedifferentspringparametersoffrontsuspension.Basedonallkindsofdatafthethreesuspensionssteeringsystemthesuspensionsystemmodels
6、combinedwithsteeringsubsystemweresetbyADMASCarsoftware.Bymeansofthismodelthekiics、kinematicssimulationwasdonevariationcurveofthefrontsuspensionparameterduringmovementwasgottenfromthesimulation.Basedonpreviousexperiencess
7、imulationresultstheperfmanceofdifferentfrontsuspensionweregottenaboutthehlingstability.Thenaexperimentwasdesignedtoverifythesimulationresultofthemodelwithwheelalignment.Validationofthesimulationmodelwasverified.Atlastthe
8、roadharshnesstestwasdonewiththreedifferentfrontsuspensions.Combinedtheresultoftheharshnesstestwithprevioussimulationanalysis,thefrontsuspensionparametersofthevehicleweredetermined.Thisthesisisthecombinationofproduction,e
9、xperimentresearch.Analyzingestimatingproblemswiththeypracticetoinstructtheproduction.Inthisthesisadesignmethodwasproposedffrontsuspensiondesignwhichcandeterminetheoptimumparametersofthefrontsuspensionbymeansofsoftwaresim
10、ulationroadtest.Theproposedvirtualprototypemodeloffrontsuspensionhastheimptantsignificanceindesigningdevelopingthenewsuspensionaswellasperfmanceappraising.itmakesthedesigndevelopmenttheproblemsolvingfperfmanceproductiont
