2、ectroscopy)theirapplicationsinmetals.InAEStheacousticenclosureisintegratedtoeliminatetheimagejitterimagedriftfromtheenvironment.TheAESspatialresolutionof10?m)whichcouldbemeasuredwithinanhourduetotheimprovementintheArgoni
3、onguntherelatedsoftwaremultichanneldetect(32channels).AnotherimprovementinXPSisadepthprofilingofpolymerfilmsbyC60ionbeamsinwhichthechemicalstateswillbemaintainedafterC60ionbeamsputtering.Furthermesomeofthehardwaredevelop
